Beautiful! I remember looking at this design with my dear SA when the stocks arrived. We were discussing the various cw and comparing them against the special edition colours. It was just before Christmas so shoppers kept snapping the scarves up from beneath our nosesOh, yay, I love scarf on site! Between work, gravely ill family members and the holidays, I've not had the time to devote to posting pics of Flanerie a Versailles when you lovely tpfers helped me choose it last month. So I'm glad for this week's theme since I have a little extra time to post today.
First of all, I love this scarf. The joy of wearing a scarf that is a perfect marriage of colorway and design is so ... deeply satisfying. It truly brightens my day. I have a few scarves that I bought just because I want ALL THE SCARVES! But I find myself not reaching for them because either the design or colorway are not as appealing. (I can't believe I'm at a point in my collection where I don't wear certain scarves!) So here is the glorious lady that makes my heart go pitter-pat:

I confess that I couldn't resist buying it in Paris just before going to Versailles for the first time the very next day.
But it was bitterly cold that morning. Not good silk scarf weather:

But show my neck I must! At least have it peeping out of coat, haha. Here are a few scarf-on-site à Versailles:
I have a few more but need to take pics of the scarf. BRB.

On the subject of trad and modern, I've just moved office from a building erected in the 60s to something modern, airy and currently rather soul-less. So on the first day that I wasn't wearing a tee and jeans, this was my festive choice:

Wishing everyone a great year ahead with lots of H!
