Wonderful pattern mixing Pirula!
Pirula, thank you, but seriously - you can do this. Fold your shawl into a triangle. Put the pointy part in back and the two ends in front. Wrap the two ends around the back of your neck and then to the front. Tie them. Pouf a bit. LOLOL
Hi, moma! It's a Flamingo Party cotton pareo. What is that gorgeous scarf in the first picture??
Thank you, fifi! I was attracted to the marine background, but it was this pareo's bright feathers sealed the deal.Oh those purple feathers! Both so lovely!
I think this pareo is still available in boutiques, xincinsin.Everytime I see an FP, I want to kick myself for bypassing it. Think I was in one of those phases when the devil on one shoulder whispered: "Don't you have enough busy designs? Look at something different." And the angel on the other shoulder checked my bank account balance and zipped her lips![]()
It's beautiful, Lana! Welcome to the SOTD thread..Here is my fav one❤️

Hope it works well, Elaine!Aha! Yes, that would work really well. Thank you, litchi... I'll try it!

hee hee - definitely not thumbtacks!Scarf ring?
Thank you sweetie!Love your Scotland scarves ABQ! (Mr Bcat is a Mc...we'll call him McBcat now.....)
Oh that is such a cutie Cookiefiend!
Love the jacquard and the cute little birds! You might try a Bellagio knot. Less cumbersome than cowboy and lets you drape a bit....
It's gorgeous moma!
Oh- that moussie litchi! (Well- they are both gorgeous- but that moussie!)
beautiful! Such a cheerful colorway!
Love the scarves and especially love Miss Bolide looking so lovely!Been short on scarves this week because I am heavy on work. Out running errands the other day with a double whammy of Pierres d'Orient et Occident wrapped with Fantasies Indiennes and then yesterday with Treve de l'Eau, Miss Bolide tucked happily off to the side.

I must admit that I never liked KO’s Texas Wildlife, but when I was lucky to inherit this one, I fell in love. Depending how it’s tied, it always looks like a different scarf. And I love the warm tones and meticulous graphics. It has become my seasonal favorite, along with Les Cheyennes. Here’s a few ways that I’ve worn it these past two weeks. Just love to see that turkey head pop up near my own turkey neck! Haha!
