I LIKE that smiley Vitamina!

Loving all the beautiful scarves on our desert island. I see Maedi is already so comfortable she is lying down with her Fleurs d'Indiennes; a GM silk no less??? Well she might have something: the nights might get cold.

With so many of us arriving there will be...

TRASH!! So I am getting a head start and bringing my own:

Oh, Jahna, this is way too cool and a scarf I've never seen before. Yes, I am already lying down on the island It got chilly here again - time to wear scarves again.

Chestnutty, Vitamina, Tiphaine, your scarves are extraordinary. Since we are all allowed only one I see a lot of sharing on this island.

What a fun theme!!! I can only take ONE? Seriously? Well, as of right this very minute I would take my first ever purchased scarf: Zaba plisse (2010). I may change my mind in the next ten minutes....
Fruit of choice: White flesh peaches! They smell like roses!

(I had to come back to edit because I forgot my island!) I would say Nantucket! (Ooops! Not tropical. Is that o.k.?)

My scarf for a desert island would be De la Mer au Ciel, although here I am dressed for a desert island with air conditioning!

So I had a hard think about this 'desert island scarf' theme, and came up with this:

Here it is worn, with my new scarf ring! This is one that I often wear as a top by itself though, because I just love this fun design.

I do not have many in my collection, only 5 so I can not contribute very often but my desert island scarf would have to be this gorgeous Fantaisies Indiennes. It was a gift from my hubs and I love everything about it ...View attachment 2655620

Georgeous scarf choices for the Island my friends! I love that Vigee brings AC! I think you are right, Vesper Sparrow, with wine, AC, fantastic silks and great company we may never want to leave! ! So where do we book our tickets?? hee,hee!

Ladybaga, you look fantastic and your plisse is just gorgy in those colors! You have to be sure and bring those beautiful turquoise earrings too, okay! Lately, I have become obsessed with collecting earrings that match my silks....just one more thing to obsess about! Ha! Ooohh, those white peaches would make a very tasty wine too! Nantucket sounds great to me. I have never been and would love to vist, so yay!!

Thank you Maedi for your comment on Zaba! I am doing great! Resting up to start a new full time teaching assignment which begins in August! I am so excited and blessed to be in the classroom again! Hope you are enjoying your summer!

VitaminaH, You and I are so much alike! I am obsessed with matching earrings and silks, too! I am well-schooled in Matchy Matchy! Thanks for your sweet words about my plisse and ear decor. Accessories are so much fun! If you are ever in the Cape Cod region of the U.S., you must take a boat (or plane) over to Nantucket. It is really a gorgeous part of the country.
