WThank you so much, @Yoon daily scarf for the wonderful introduction to this week’s theme. It will be such a fun and informative week...
For the past couple of days on Instagram, I’ve shared pictures and info about one of my favorite 70cm scarves.. Quadrige Costumé. I own this fabulous design in two similar CWs. I don’t own many 70s, but do like wearing them and I shared some different knots made with them. Since my two CWs work well together, I also enjoyed tying them together to create more voluminous and complex knots.
The first pic below shows both of my CWs folded together. Then, some knots with each of the scarves wearing a navy top. The last three knots were created tying the two scarves together

Happy Sunday, dear Scarflandians!
I’m so excited to be the host of our weekly theme SOTD! It's an honor for me. I appreciate that @Living.la.vida.fifi invited me to host this week, thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to participate in this wonderful thread. And many thanks to @Cookiefiend for guiding us through the amazing week of Sweetheart Silk
This week’s theme is Tying the knot: Your favorite ways to wear a scarf.
There’s something special about Hermès' scarves – I love their rich colors, exceptional graphics and unrivaled silk quality! There are many ways to enjoy this marvelous silk. It would be great to hang it on the wall with frame, but I prefer to wear it as the ultimate accessories that enhance our daily outfit . I think many of you will agree with me!
As you know, Hermès' scarves are so versatile and can be worn in various ways. I think the biggest charm of this scarf is that you can make it look totally different depending on how you wear it. It interested me that there were no fixed rules or instructions.
So I decided to make a different knot every day when I started recording my SOTD on my Instagram account. It was very interesting to make diverse knots with one scarf. Through these works, I think I have a better understanding of how many details they have hidden in one scarf and how carefully they organized the color arrangement. It’s like a exploring – yes, in a nutshell, we are explorers of this small world of 34x34 inches!
Back to the point, this week, let's share the knots that you love! From fancy knots to simple but useful knots, any knot will do if you like it and enjoy it.
The knot I'm going to show you today is the knot method I showed you in my previous post. My little boys call it a ‘Snail knot.’

Half bow knot
Starting point: Basic bias fold Take one of the scarf's ends, and slide up an Anneau Infinity scarf ring (here a lacquered Anneau Infinity in ivoire). Don't slide it too far up, but keep it near the corners, where there is the least bulk of fabric. Take the other end, and pinch the fabric as...maitaicollection.com
And, I'll post my 'Double Half Bow Knot' tutorial. it's a humble tutorial as usual, but hope you like it!
+) Oh and does anyone know the tutorial URL of BFK? I fell in love with BFK when I saw @Pirula 's beautiful knot, but I don't know how...I really want to try it, too! Please let me know if you know how. I really appreciate if you can help me! ♡

I guess you are perfectly right that we happen to live in the same city! I also have mixed experiences in that shop, for sure. I have been there several times for years due to my interest in perfumes, the lack of knowledge was...shocking, really. When it comes to scarves/ shawls, I have now found one SA that I trust, because he refers to the designers names, and know the name of the scarf. As a do myself. And he is quite entusiastic as well. Its a very knowledgeable woman there, but I get almost dizzy of all the talking. I prefer that the SA is able to see what suits me, and my style. My first one, I bought in in Paris, and was so stressed afterwards due to customs, so I left the box and receipt behind, and walked on "green". My friend was stopped and checked, so after that I dont take the chance if I am over the amount limit for free tax. But luckily, I have very good friends who live abroad and can help me out. From one of your earlier posts, I believe we live in the same city near the North PoleI pass said shop every day on my way to work and have visited a few times. I've talked to a couple of the SAs, and only one of them had any knowledge about H scarves and story, whereas one didn't even know the names of the current scarves on display - I had to point out to him the one I was referring to. Buying new scarves for me only happens in London, Brussels and Copenhagen, the one in New Bond Str is a favourite, especially since I was lucky enough to land the last Exceptionel Balade en Berline Kyoto Marble there. Apart from that, it's the Evil bay and various resellers who are my go-to source - best of luck hunting your dream scarves

Great knot and WoWW!! The colors in your Zambezi are fabulous! One of my go to winter knots is what I call an infinity knot (maybe it has a better name somewhere else??? Who knows!) I did a tut for it over in the "how to" thread in the Ref Lib with I highly recommend! So many of our lovely members have contributed there, with many amazing knots and lots of new ideas in the last 4-6 pages!
Zambeze in an infinity knot keeping me cozy:
