I previously posted that I would put all the references of my knots this week. This knot is so famous and I think many of you scarf ladies already know how to do it... But to keep my promise, I recommend dear Maitai's tutorial! I love her wonderful knots always.

And, I'll post my 'Double Half Bow Knot' tutorial. it's a humble tutorial as usual, but hope you like it!

+) Oh and does anyone know the tutorial URL of BFK? I fell in love with BFK when I saw @Pirula 's beautiful knot, but I don't know how...:panic: I really want to try it, too! Please let me know if you know how. I really appreciate if you can help me! ♡
beautiful scarves! my favorite is that fleurs de giverny
and your tutorials are great!
Ooooh! That’s lovely and looks easy. Necessary for moi. Going to try it!

speaking of easy here’s another go to for me, especially in winter with a turtleneck. So warm... just bias fold, wrap around neck, and tie ends in a hacking knot.

This is beautiful with Navy!
Thank you, MAGJES!

Beautiful, Morebags!

My SOTD is a new-to-me red Regina tied in the snail knot. Thank you, @Yoon daily scarf , for the tutorial.

View attachment 4998741
Very pretty, RBH!

My first fumble with the snail knot. My main problem was that the folds kept getting undone. I'll try this again with other scarves. Would softer or stiffer be better, I wonder? Would a plisse work with this knot?
View attachment 4998361
And emboldened by this non-disaster, I tried a knot which the Synergy Life lady did in another video. She used a 70cm scarf. I had to use a 90, so she must be very petite!
View attachment 4998364
Great ties! I think softer silk might be more apt to make many folds & intrigued to see it done with a plissé...
Your second tie really highlights the contrast hem & delicate pink reminds me of a flower- pretty! :P

Fabulous! This used to be my ”go to“ knot but I’ve not used it in a long time. I love how it looks with a 70. I recently removed this same colorway of Touscans and it makes me miss it......but I do have the pink colorway and will try this knot tonight! I think it really shows off the feathers.

Anyone else here a fan of Dimitri Rybaltchenko scarves? I have fallen in love with Hola Flamenco! What are some other designs of his I should check out by name?
I have La Bal du Bulles (looks like bubbles), Offrandes d'un Jour (beautiful floral - I have 2 cws) and Onde de Chic (abstract Pegasus). He is a popular designer!
Check this site for more of his designs: http://piwigo.hermesscarf.com/index?/category/33-dimitri_rybaltchenko

Happy Sunday, dear Scarflandians!

I’m so excited to be the host of our weekly theme SOTD! It's an honor for me. I appreciate that @Living.la.vida.fifi invited me to host this week, thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to participate in this wonderful thread. And many thanks to @Cookiefiend for guiding us through the amazing week of Sweetheart Silk

This week’s theme is Tying the knot: Your favorite ways to wear a scarf.

There’s something special about Hermès' scarves – I love their rich colors, exceptional graphics and unrivaled silk quality! There are many ways to enjoy this marvelous silk. It would be great to hang it on the wall with frame, but I prefer to wear it as the ultimate accessories that enhance our daily outfit . I think many of you will agree with me!

As you know, Hermès' scarves are so versatile and can be worn in various ways. I think the biggest charm of this scarf is that you can make it look totally different depending on how you wear it. It interested me that there were no fixed rules or instructions.
So I decided to make a different knot every day when I started recording my SOTD on my Instagram account. It was very interesting to make diverse knots with one scarf. Through these works, I think I have a better understanding of how many details they have hidden in one scarf and how carefully they organized the color arrangement. It’s like a exploring – yes, in a nutshell, we are explorers of this small world of 34x34 inches! :hbeat:

Back to the point, this week, let's share the knots that you love! From fancy knots to simple but useful knots, any knot will do if you like it and enjoy it.

The knot I'm going to show you today is the knot method I showed you in my previous post. My little boys call it a ‘Snail knot.’

1. With Parures des Samourais :
It’s my all time best scarf!
