Lovely JLL!

I love your scrumptious pink/white/gold Wedgewood!

Thank you HNN! :hugs:
Very clever getting your wedge wood in the background!
Divine! You absolutely rock this color way! Excellent scarf on site with your actual Wedgewood.
❤❤❤

:giggle: Yes - doubles! PC is one of my favorites, especially that first one. It’s truly an example of H Magic - no one but H would ever put those colors together in such a fabulous way!

This is a very dangerous thread- it should have a warning sign!
Some of my most loved scarves have a few flaws - I don’t even notice them. The red based ELenK as my first, I love it, and I am so happy to be your twin. ❤

oh honey. You’ve had a rough week. :hugs:
Congratulations on the marble scarf - it is as beautiful as you are.

:faint:
(beautiful!)
Beautiful scarf on site

Ideal lippie & earrings to compliment that lovely CSGM :flowers:
Hello, my dearest twin!
Ah, I see the matching Wedgwood porcelaine in the background! Perfect!
thank you, Cookie! :hugs:

thank you, Turfnsurf !

thank you, Croisette !

thank you, Magjes! :flowers:

thank you, Bunnycat, and the gavroche is lovely!

this scarf in your vault is something to look forward to. Take care!

great look, Alleycat.

Thank you, Moma!:flowers:

this is a great colourway as well! And I love your vases, Moma!

thank you, Fifi!

love this B/W Tyger, Fifi! I let it go...

perfect with your lipstick, Pirula!

lovely!

this Baobab looks great when tied like this!

what a great colourway for this Heian, Lanit!

love all three of those!

Fabulous !

Beautiful, Croisette, and spring colours of this Springs...
Thank you all so much. When I first saw this design I knew I needed it, and the raspberry color just slayed me. But now that I know there's a blue one...danger. I also love actual Wedgwood, as you can see, particularly Jasperware, which my grandfather collected.

MP was also released as a 140cm mousseline.
You are right, 27leborse! It's the only 140cm format which doesn't overwhelm me.

I've been wearing mainly the 90s this week, and the other formats are squawking in protest :giggle:
Two gavs, worn solo and worn together. I find the pale green bird and rich purple border rather difficult to wear. The pale green matches this unusual plant we found in one of our pots.
PicsArt_02-20-10.28.28.jpg
For @Living.la.vida.fifi, the 140cm Mythiques Phoenix, wrapped like a dress with an H ribbon round the waist  Strictly for laughs. I am hopeless with 140 silk. And a skirt from RTW: cheap in H economic terms. It is made from 2 scarves and cost less than 2 scarves.

A few close-ups to demonstrate why the anthracite cw is a grail. This is not a black and white scarf. It has cream, dark green, aubergine purple, coffee brown, vanilla and the anthracite grey. I have yet to find another scarf so mesmerizing in its colour palette.

Many pages of pretty silks to catch up on!

Since so many others have showcased some of my favorites, I’ll share an underrated artist, known mostly for Turandot, Natsuno Hidaka as it so happens I pulled this one from the tansy this weekend to wear.

Love this CW of Heian!

I have taken liberties this week w the love theme Because I love so many designers I just can’t pick one and so many others have already shown my favorites....so today, it’s my LOVE of changeants!!!!! Fell hard since the new year. @bunnycat helped me with identifying my first one which I returned because the beige colors w a peridot highlight were awful on me. And she helped me with my next one too! Now I‘ve got two more that came this week and two more on the way .
Excuse all the lint on my black shirt. It’s my under-layer piece. I had a cozy sweater over it earlier in the day.
Parures des Sables green w purple highlight, La Rosee which is a very subtle one w a pink highlight, and Arabesques with the fiery oranges and almost reds. I call it my hot lava scarf. View attachment 4996473View attachment 4996474View attachment 4996475
Congrats on a magnificent haul of changeants!

So amazing! And so nice to take it out for a spin... Perfectly matched lipstick, too

Thank you!

thank you Langsam! We‘ll get there.

thank you fifi!

glorious Alice Shirley parade!

perfect with that lippie!

awww- thank you Cookie!

one of my faves as well!

Thanks!

Beautiful scarf on site

It really should have a warning sign! My mom has an old H scarf and I didn't really like it, I've always loved scarves in general but I was convinced H ones were too "granniesque" for me (and I couldn't afford them anyway). Then I bought "Libre comme l'air" almost two years ago and I was convinced it would have been the last ("Hermès is for 90 years old ladies only, I won't find any other designs I like for sure!"). Then...all these other carrès I loved kept on appearing online, and I knew I was in trouble.
Anyway I agree, I don't mind having scarves with some flaws. They're less expensive, I feel more comfortable wearing them because they're already damaged and most of them aren't even visible when the scarf is on my neck.
As if I said it myself :-D Agree with the warning sign!

Anthracite is one of H’s best colour combinations. :idea:I think that would be an amazing week! There are some combinations which are masterpieces.:flowers:

I guess my favourite scarf is my first shawl, not due to the design but the colours. It was an easy choice, although I was skeptic to the design. A saddle, really ? :amazed: Now I love it, its the Selle d Ófficier en Grande Tenue by Wlodek Kaminski. The shopping experience in Paris was great, and I wear this alot. Irritating whith all the pilling on the big one-colour-areas, though.

I am also very fond of the designs by Pierre Marie. He also designed the Diptyque candels for Christmas season 2018, wich I . Actually have most of this candles from several years back

My favourite designer just now has to be Alice Shirley, the first H-scarf I saw and felt in love with was Zebra Pegasus, but I was too late to the party. I was lucky to find Mountain Zebra though, simply stunning!

Reading this forum has become my mindful moment after work, I really enjoy seeing all this art you are shearing. Thank you! The bad about it, is thats sooo tempting and makes med want a lot more scarfs, haha. The good thing, to live where I live, is that the alternatives in the one H-shop is very limited, and what they have in shop is planned to be sold mostly to tourists from Asia, and the CWs they choose is affected by that. (I was told by a SA). I actually never see people with H-scarfs around. Or bags. (Except for my friend). Its in practice no second-hand market here. And if I would like to by from another country, or from internet, the price will almost double due to import taxes, customes and postage. It limits itself in a way. Witch is probably a good thing...:-)
I wish everyone a good weekend

Obsessions make you...
...just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don't need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don't need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free
 (I'll loan you my sampan. Meet you at midnite :drinks:)
Very sweet, Xincinsin! I managed to get off it by myself -oh, dear....
