I love pink and orange paired together.

Love!!
Am I seeing doubles??
Amazingly Gorgeous!!

I am off to google Perspective Cavalieres! It appears to tie beautifully and is so colorful!

The neutral Presentation de Chevaux is gorgeous!
Framboise is such a happy color!

Truly love this one!

Twins! Looks wonderful on you!

These two look fabulous together. I need to try pairing my gavs like this.
Many thanks, dear MAGJES!

Today wearing another designer I am very fond of (Annie Faivre) in a format I have come to love. This past week has been very rough. With our house temps turned down to try and avoid power outages, my days were spent buried in cashmere, layered on top of my fuzzy house robe, which was over my winter sweaters and pants plus 2 layers of socks and house slippers....and I hope you'll forgive the lack of photo evidence. And by night I would pile on the cats and surprisingly, my cotton pareos became indispensable night gear after I fell asleep in one some afternoon and decided a really warm neck was a good thing and "hey...washable!" So I started wearing them to sleep at night during the coldest of the cold  and they are now my faithful friends.

My NTM love  Grand Fonds pareo today while out in the melty, drippy ice doing clean up:

And not quite on topic unless we can consider a future love..... I have longed for a Kyoto Marble silk since I first saw them, but never really got it together on the first floral one, and tho I love the marbling technique, wasn't as fond of the second design. So I am thrilled to put this little wonder in to Mr Bcat's SGV for now and await the acquisition of this pretty pink specialness. This is the best of both world's for me. I won't have to deal with the dreaded white background, but get the beautiful flower from the first batch of scarves by them I liked so much.

This is a very dangerous thread- it should have a warning sign!
Some of my most loved scarves have a few flaws - I don’t even notice them. The red based ELenK as my first, I love it, and I am so happy to be your twin. ❤

It really should have a warning sign! My mom has an old H scarf and I didn't really like it, I've always loved scarves in general but I was convinced H ones were too "granniesque" for me (and I couldn't afford them anyway). Then I bought "Libre comme l'air" almost two years ago and I was convinced it would have been the last ("Hermès is for 90 years old ladies only, I won't find any other designs I like for sure!"). Then...all these other carrès I loved kept on appearing online, and I knew I was in trouble.
Anyway I agree, I don't mind having scarves with some flaws. They're less expensive, I feel more comfortable wearing them because they're already damaged and most of them aren't even visible when the scarf is on my neck.

Glorious CW!

I adore anything animal print and CE is such a good one!

Awww! What a blessing to celebrate your dad’s 95th! Happy birthday! You wore the perfect scarf as it is an explosion of joy

How marvelous to tie both Napoleons together! All very special

Paperoles in this format is magnificent

Oooh, thank you so much for such a lovely comment... May I have your IG handle?

Both amazing... I wouldn’t have known that the plisee is TB... Stunning!

Love this... beautiful colors

Also one of my favs... This is such a wonderful design!

Oh dear! You have gone through so much these past few days... So glad the weather is improving! This design is indeed much more wearable than the previous white background marbles... I would be so afraid of anything touching them! Love how this ties, too!

I have taken liberties this week w the love theme Because I love so many designers I just can’t pick one and so many others have already shown my favorites....so today, it’s my LOVE of changeants!!!!! Fell hard since the new year. @bunnycat helped me with identifying my first one which I returned because the beige colors w a peridot highlight were awful on me. And she helped me with my next one too! Now I‘ve got two more that came this week and two more on the way .
Excuse all the lint on my black shirt. It’s my under-layer piece. I had a cozy sweater over it earlier in the day.
Parures des Sables green w purple highlight, La Rosee which is a very subtle one w a pink highlight, and Arabesques with the fiery oranges and almost reds. I call it my hot lava scarf. View attachment 4996473View attachment 4996474View attachment 4996475
Congratulations on your treasures, k_alleycat ... lucky you!

Gorgeous - your purples are perfect!
thank you, Cookie! :hugs:

All worn beautifully- loving especially your double bow... is there a tutorial for this?
Also does the Christine Legarde fold-over stay in place (or do you use magnets) :confused1:

Beautiful & so fresh - congrats on the new ELeK (and successful sweater/lip combo- must try):hbeat:

Gorgeous CSGM, and paired with fur cuffs... :faint:

You’ve styled this so prettily. I just love the designs that look like multiples when tied differently

Fab plissé- TB is a great design!
I love your gavs combination- they look amazing together

This looks so elegant on you :flowers:

I’m always so impressed how this design ties- just lovely on you

Smashing with that t-neck!
thank you, Turfnsurf !

Many thanks, Cookie!

Thank you, Pirula!

Both are so pretty, Karenska!

Thank you so much, dear!

I love jerseys too, so easy to tie, essie ... nice dragonfly!

Thank you, scarf!

Thank you, bunnycat!

Gorgeous esp. with your aqua top!

Thank you kindly, Agrume!

Amazing colours, love it!

Many thanks, turfnsurf!
thank you, Croisette !

Perfect sweater for this colorway!

Flowers of South Africa in the 90 format has proven to be hard design for me to love. I’ve bought and sold 4 different colorways that did not work for me. This pale green one is gorgeous. There is still hope!
thank you, Magjes! :flowers:

One of my favorite color ways of FoSA scarf1!

 Yes and yes still! (but people's pipes are just starting to thaw and so we have prepared for outage of that as well, plus we have been under boil water order for 2 days now).

Beautiful! I am your tiny cousin with the gav with B/W zebra and purple feathers.
thank you, Bunnycat, and the gavroche is lovely!

lovely!

I am dreadfully behind on this thread and I look forward to catching up over the weekend. I’ll share a couple of scarves from this week, Baobab Cat silk 90 and Jaguar Quetzal CSGM.

this Baobab looks great when tied like this!

Many pages of pretty silks to catch up on!

Since so many others have showcased some of my favorites, I’ll share an underrated artist, known mostly for Turandot, Natsuno Hidaka as it so happens I pulled this one from the tansy this weekend to wear.

OMG this is so beautiful! You always force me to look at things in a new light. What a lovely non-golden yellow this is. And you pretty much have the Pantone colors of the year!
