Très chic!
Many thanks, dear croisette!
Thank you fifi!

Oooh what a fantastic parade of dark eye candy!

Both are super cute! And I ADORE the PF with the stripes!

Fantastic start for the week Agrume! :woohoo:

Thank you dear Croisette! :hugs:

oooooh yeeees Very cozy in this PduV!

Thank you Pirula!

Love the wonderfully soft look on that Sangles en ZZ!

Beee-yoooo-tiful!

Love that glorious Cosmos!

Superb coziness Pampelmuse!

The icy blue grays are perfect with that top!
Thanks, bunny. :flowers:
lovely!

Ice skating on a pond sounds wonderful!
Thank you, scarf!
Thank you, Pampelmuse, and I agree - having winter is wonderful.

Thank you kindly, Cookie!

thank you so much,scarf!

what a fabulous colourway of Robe du soir, Awillow, and I need tying lessons.

thank you, Bunnycat !:flowers:

Thank you, Langsam!
Thanks, agrume. I cohld use tying lessons too. Only the easiest knots for me here ;)
What an unusual hem color paired with this colorway but wow it really works!! Hermes knows their stuff!
I love scarves that can be worn with navy sweaters. I'm finding this is where I have a hole in my collection.
The hem is an unexpected color, magjes. No one produces a scarf like H.
oooo so lovely!

A glorious pairing, well done!

And that’s all that matters! ❤️

So cute with stripes!

So beautiful, I love this cw. Perfection.
Thanks, cookie!
Wanted to catch-up & let you all know how much I appreciate the time & thought you take in responding... :hugs:Heartfelt Thanks:
@Living.la.vida.fifi, @More bags, @Croisette7 plus all those who responded with Likes, etc.
Thank you  and I appreciate you saying this- I often wonder if “I’m doing it right” color-wise (even started a thread to discuss methods), and seem to fall in love with scarves flat, so if the color doesn’t seem to suit at first I just try to find ways to make it work. Personally I have trouble letting silks go that aren’t ideal...

You wear them all to beautiful advantage  Especially struck by your Cd’E

So elegantly paired

You share some amazingly unique cw’s & wear them so appealingly... it’s a true talent!

Looking forward to seeing it. This bracelet it’s wrapped several times also, but not unusually heavy. Mine also has no pokey edges... the Behapi squared “legs” would make me a touch nervous of possibly catching scarf & rending it (but I’m also skittish about zippers near my silks).

Excellent dive off the isle; looks lovely on you!

Beautiful colors- thank you for sharing. I love to see what designs inspire others in this international gathering of scarfies!

I know it’s already been said, but I’m glad to see a more compact tie for cleaning to avoid vacuum mishaps :giggle:

Very appealing & prettily styled (I agree- I’m so behind, but enjoying the eye candy).

Fabulous ensemble!

Lovelies! The coordinated blue is such a pretty look.

Ahhh, the black RO is so midnight-y :hbeat:

Both beautiful- the Bd’G with red lippie absolutely stunning.

Loving these and that grape sweater is fantastic; so hard to locate that color... would you mind sharing brand?

Chic & oh, so cozy. You’ve inspired me to play around with a fun faux jacket I have...

Cool perfection :coolio: (including your fab lip)
Thanks, tns. And I haven't rehomed any scarves yet... A skill I need to learn.
All so awesome! I love that Pays des Oiseaux CW... and La France is such a classic. Mine is the red but I adore your yellow CW

Wonderful intro and this is such a great theme

So stunning!

What a great winter look!

Oh, so many beauties!

Cosmos is so great in this format... and, stunning colors!

Wonderful scarf and look

Robe de Soir is such a fabulous design... It almost shimmers! This is a great CW

Perfect winter scarf... So delightful! And, those stunning pearls!

Lovely and cozy winter look to brave the elements

Sounds like the perfect warm and cozy Sunday indoors

Oooh, have I seen this shawl on you before? So fabulous!!

Well, I am definitely in awe... How ever in the world were you able to bring it down to that size?!
Thanks, fifi! This was one of the two colorways I knew I wanted. I have this and the navy.

Thank you for a lovely introduction @Agrume . I do hope to visit Amsterdam someday post COVID!!

One of my favorite ways to snuggle up for warmth: a cashmere turtleneck paired with a CSGM that is nice and organized for working from home and cooking...so very cold here today as we await the expected snowstorm here in New England! (people are always amazed when they see the size of a shawl unfurled when I wear it like this LOL!!)

Gorgeous, bova! Stay toasty!

Well, due to the frigid temperatures up north working their way south, we are bracing ourselves here in the Tropics for temps in the 40s this coming week! Woohooo! Shawl weather, here I come! (Yup, folks, 40 degree weather is bitter tundra to us)... Although, alas, I don’t own any winter-themed shawls! Nor, do I own many winter-themed scarves, but I’ll show the few that qualify in my collex and will probably be stretching out the theme a bit the rest of the week...
Beginning with the obvious, and my favorite: Noël au 24 Faubourg

Love those noels, fifi. The pink is such a pretty color.

What a great way to tie a CSGM! Is that a Hacking knot?
ETA: Never mind! I see you have described the knot. Definitely going to try this!
Try it Langsam...I think you'll find it both cozy and easy to wear, no fussing with it once tied!
Thank you for the explanation... It is such an useful knot, perfect to keep warm while wearing with a coat!
Please try it fifi, I think you'll like it!

Thank you! I'm more often found in Cosmographia and Jungle Love, it's true....

Thank you Croisette...I thought I had seen this knot on you many years ago! :hugs:

The best blanket ever right??

Thank you scarf1...sometimes I like to keep the shawl "contained" and other times I will wear it in a more typical fashion!

Yaaaassss! For sure! (cat and scarf...)

Wintery beauty! Can't wait to see the CSGMs computers for you for some winter warmth this week!

Finn looks like he loves your esprit too! Soooo cute! And I love the wrap you wove with it. Gorgeous!

Thank you kindly Awillow! :hugs:

Perfectly cozy for inside wear! (Which is the only place to be in snowy weather!)
I do like to be cozy!
When the tough get cold, they put on cashmere.....

Thank you so much!
Thanks fifi...I simply keep the shawl in its' rectangular shape from the box, fold it over again lengthwise to an even narrower rectangle, and then tie in the classic weave knot. Give it a try, I find it quite warm and handy when I don't want too much bulk, especially if I'll be wearing a bulky winter coat.
Well, I’ll be! Thank you for explaining!

Finn is so cute! I'd like to imagine him getting it on with Neighbour's Cat who once took a nap on top of the chest containing DS2's homewear. He was quite nonplussed when he arrived home and had to dig in the wardrobe to find something else to change into (He can still fit into a t-shirt he wore 6 years ago! But... but... but he's a growing boy! ).

All so awesome! I love that Pays des Oiseaux CW... and La France is such a classic. Mine is the red but I adore your yellow CW
oh!! I haven’t seen the red Ever. Can’t wait to see you model that sometime! I recently got the tealish blue color and I thought I liked that one better since blues are my no-brainet, but after I put on the yellow for the first time yesterday I realized it’s a really great yellow. A Happy yellow. And I can’t say enough about the black au pays. It’s wow-worthy. Thank you for the compliment! :hbeat:

Hey, it worked! SOOPER cozy. Thanks @Bova123 !

Yay! this looks wonderful Langsam, it is super cozy for sure, and looks so nice with a contrast hem too!

In light of this subject (winter oriented scarves and tying of them), this is what I wore the other day during black scarf week and never got a chance to post. Was also a frigid day, so the coziness of this tie was quite satisfying! Sorry for the same look with this compact weave or hacking knot, here with De la Mer au Ciel CSGM.

@Agrume lovely intro, and I’m excited to see the scarves this week. I don’t think I own many or any wintery scarves (that will change I’m sure) but I did have to run errands yesterday in below freezing temps and focused only on neck warmth and not showcasing the design. (Grand Prix du faubourg)
