Loving these and that grape sweater is fantastic; so hard to locate that color... would you mind sharing brand?
Thank you so much for the compliment!! I agree... it is a color you can’t find out there much. I am a fan of all tones of purple and yet have maybe 3 pieces of it :-/.
It is from the Gap! Sadly it’s from WAY back when they had higher quality in their items. I remember it was during the trend of color blocking on everything. It’s a long Tunic sweater with the bottom third a gray color. The entire back of it is black and the trims are black. My newer sweaters barely make it a season or two it seems :-//.

Moma, you look amazing. I never paint my nails, but you have me thinking I should. Great color with your outfit.
Thanks! i *love* nail polish. Not much fun to do it myself, but....
This is wonderful!
merci!
Looking smart, my dear friend!
Thanks so much!
Lovely, Moma, and cosy indeed!

Beautiful examples, Bibivi!

Dramatic scarf, Karenska, and looking forward to your winter outfits!

Great look, Pampelmuse, and enjoy your day in the Archipelago! I have fond memories of beautiful summer days there...
Thank you. Snow is expected soon....
Marvelous!

Spectacular, and oh! Those exceptionals!

Wow, the gold shimmers!

You look warm and snuggly in that coat and scarf!
Thank you, cookie!
love both your pairings!

great intro! And beautiful scarf.

very cozy.

Great outfit!
Thanks!
Love the wonderfully soft look on that Sangles en ZZ!

Superb coziness Pampelmuse!

The icy blue grays are perfect with that top!
Thank you. I do like pink! And I wanted some lightness after our dark week.
Love how your scarf ring provides the perfect little pop to pull out the pinks the scarf. Great look head to toe!
Thanks! This pink ring is the sister of the green one that disappeared here a few days ago and is still hiding!
Moma you are killing it head to toe and nails! Is that Chanel particuliere?
Thanks so much! The nail polish? It's Essie. I love their murky mysterious green-grey colors.
I love this design and I almost ended up with this colorway as well. I finally went with the pink/green.....I always go with green I guess. So stylish with the coat and gray nails!!
Thanks! It's fairly new to me and I'm wearing it a lot. That's what happens when you don't put things away.
What a great winter look!

Oh, so many beauties!

Cosmos is so great in this format... and, stunning colors!

Wonderful scarf and look

Robe de Soir is such a fabulous design... It almost shimmers! This is a great CW

Perfect winter scarf... So delightful! And, those stunning pearls!

Lovely and cozy winter look to brave the elements

Sounds like the perfect warm and cozy Sunday indoors

Oooh, have I seen this shawl on you before? So fabulous!!

Well, I am definitely in awe... How ever in the world were you able to bring it down to that size?!
Thanks. Winter is really here.

A winter day here too...

So I’ve snuggled up with a nice warm shirt, a mocha cappuccino, fluffy slippers, and getting ready to FaceTime with my sweetpea.

Do I get double points for bundled winter warmth plus the ice fishing (?????) scene?

You both are so snuggly and warm!

Thank you for a lovely introduction @Agrume . I do hope to visit Amsterdam someday post COVID!!

One of my favorite ways to snuggle up for warmth: a cashmere turtleneck paired with a CSGM that is nice and organized for working from home and cooking...so very cold here today as we await the expected snowstorm here in New England! (people are always amazed when they see the size of a shawl unfurled when I wear it like this LOL!!)

oh wow! This looks great tied like this. I'm surprised too and I know how big it is! I'm going to try it tomorrow.

Well, due to the frigid temperatures up north working their way south, we are bracing ourselves here in the Tropics for temps in the 40s this coming week! Woohooo! Shawl weather, here I come! (Yup, folks, 40 degree weather is bitter tundra to us)... Although, alas, I don’t own any winter-themed shawls! Nor, do I own many winter-themed scarves, but I’ll show the few that qualify in my collex and will probably be stretching out the theme a bit the rest of the week...
Beginning with the obvious, and my favorite: Noël au 24 Faubourg

The red is SOOO beautiful! What a treasure.

Thanks cookiefiend, and I am glad my explanation made sense!!

Yay! this looks wonderful Langsam, it is super cozy for sure, and looks so nice with a contrast hem too!

In light of this subject (winter oriented scarves and tying of them), this is what I wore the other day during black scarf week and never got a chance to post. Was also a frigid day, so the coziness of this tie was quite satisfying! Sorry for the same look with this compact weave or hacking knot, here with De la Mer au Ciel CSGM.

This colorway looks amazing with the purple sweater. I have it and am ashamed to admit I never knew!

Look at how wonderful this knot looks yet once again! I have a collarless grey jacket that am looking forward to trying this with on one of the cooler days

Finn is so cute! I'd like to imagine him getting it on with Neighbour's Cat who once took a nap on top of the chest containing DS2's homewear. He was quite nonplussed when he arrived home and had to dig in the wardrobe to find something else to change into (He can still fit into a t-shirt he wore 6 years ago! But... but... but he's a growing boy! ).

he probably would. He’s very friendly unlike his sister! (She’s just bossy...)
