Foxy I've not seen this colorway modeled before and it's really pretty! Anything with green in it gets my vote.@Agrume lovely intro, and I’m excited to see the scarves this week. I don’t think I own many or any wintery scarves (that will change I’m sure) but I did have to run errands yesterday in below freezing temps and focused only on neck warmth and not showcasing the design. Thank you for the introduction for Winter week, @Agrume. During one winter when DH was in graduate school the pond across the street from our apartment froze perfectly smooth. It was the only time in my life skating on wild, ungroomed ice, and it was a thrilling experience. Such freedom and so different from an ice rink or an oval.

And that’s all that matters! ❤️Well needed today, Cookiefiend! I inherited this coat after my grandmother. The cut isn’t really uptodate, but it fits me and I like it.

what a great list, the church in the attic is our personal favourite.I can't wait, agrume. On the list - Het Schip, the church in the attic, a trappist brewery, the rijksmuseum (of course), and wandering the city drinking in the canals, architecture and atmosphere. I will hit you up for other recommendations!!!

You share some amazingly unique cw’s & wear them so appealingly... it’s a true talent!
Looking forward to seeing it. This bracelet it’s wrapped several times also, but not unusually heavy. Mine also has no pokey edges... the Behapi squared “legs” would make me a touch nervous of possibly catching scarf & rending it (but I’m also skittish about zippers near my silks).Just seeing these, turfnsurf, all so fab! Scarf ring is, too! Has anyone used a Behapi as a scarf ring? It would have to be wrapped several times. I’ll try it and show it off later.
Excellent dive off the isle; looks lovely on you!SOTD and on theme.Appaloosa des Steppes with my Navaho jewelry and Tiffany daisy pin. View attachment 4974959
And I fell off of The Island. Not sure about this b/c there is so much orange, but I had to buy it to see it. Appaloosa again. I’d love your input, everyone! View attachment 4974960
Beautiful colors- thank you for sharing. I love to see what designs inspire others in this international gathering of scarfies! You are so inspiring! Here is my first scarf, from 2017.
I bought it in Paris, and I knew it was ment for me the moment I saw it - have used it very much , very easy to make it green/ burgundy/ blue. I have not seen this in this forum, dont know why. English/ american is not my first language, so bear over with meThe name of the scarf is "Selle d´officier en grande tenue". I am dedown in the orange H rabbit hole, and it is good to know that I am not alone

Two scarves: wore my crêpe La Rosee outside for the first time (it seems like such a big step these days; @Living.la.vida.fifi that’s the crazy store one) and wore a Carnival des Oiseaux a couple days ago View attachment 4975111View attachment 4975112

Wanted to catch-up & let you all know how much I appreciate the time & thought you take in responding...Heartfelt Thanks:
@Living.la.vida.fifi, @More bags, @Croisette7 plus all those who responded with Likes, etc.
Thank youand I appreciate you saying this- I often wonder if “I’m doing it right” color-wise (even started a thread to discuss methods), and seem to fall in love with scarves flat, so if the color doesn’t seem to suit at first I just try to find ways to make it work. Personally I have trouble letting silks go that aren’t ideal...
