Nice find! I love seeing you in red, but since C’est la Fete does not come in that color, I think you look great in this scarf.

This looks chic on you, Anna. This was a cw I was supposed to see in the atlanta boutique while I was there, but then covid hit and travel shut down. Ah well. That hem is great!

It's beautiful and I completely understand going the pre-loved route. A snag (or a ding on a preloved K) hurts a whole lot less than one on a brand new and pristine scarf (or purse).
I don't know what's going on with the mail/delivery services... I know it's a lot and more than last year - but they knew it was coming right? It comes every year at this time - right? I have a pair of earrings that have been out in the USPS wilds for almost 10 days now...

I just read an article that USPS had plans to accommodate more pkgs vs letters (dwindling volume), but courts reversed before election for ballots. Pkgs put on hold to handle ballots are literally filling up warehouses in PA (some sitting since pre-Thanksgiving). Staff shortages, etc. has compounded situation.

Hopefully your earrings don’t need to go through PA...

SOTD is l'Esprit de la Foret. My favorite part of this design is the blue and purple bits of the butterfly wing. I tried a couple of different knots.

I mailed two packages in PA with three-day mail on Monday. They haven't registered as leaving my local PO yet to get to their next distribution center. My friend is waiting for packages from Pittsburgh he ordered last week, and he hasn't gotten beyond the shipping label on one. I support the PO, but this is painful.

(We were told by the PA Dept of State not to mail ballots two days before the election, but to drop them off if you were voting by mail to be sure they would arrive to be counted.)

It's a super duper hard knot... I loosely folded it in the bias fold, and then wrapped it (startiing one end a little on the short side) around my neck - it's about 2 times around - and then tied a single knot, tucked that under the scarf, then brought the 2 ends up and tied them in a small double knot.
Lemme know if that doesn't make sense!
