also loved your gingko scarf. we have a big ginkgo in front of our house. It has just started dropping its leaves. My favorite time is when we have a solid yellow carpet of the leaves...

Woefully behind and playing catch up - thank you so much for posting the fallen gingko leaves, wonderful tree - wanted this scarf for ages as well but unable to decide on a CW:-)

Thank you! I am still a bit on the fence about many of his designs -- this is my first. I find Kachinas disturbing (although I fully appreciate the history behind the scarf, and I think it is fabulous he celebrates the native American heritage). I also hate paying above retail for scarves... I *can*, but it just annoys me. Are you looking at any of his designs?

To be fair, I think the volume this year is many times the previous years. My husband was talking to one of the other mail companies (think: FedEx) for business, and they said that every regular week of this pandemic has been higher volume-wise than the Christmases of the past. So if these weeks are extra tough, I think there are truly logistical bottlenecks -- not enough processing and sorting capacity, etc. USPS is not that well-funded, so it's hard to resolve these.



Wow -- I didn't even know that existed! I really need this... I love Hong Kong and lived there before.

Because Coco doesn’t speak English, I will respectfully decline on her part. She is busy crunching up the beefy bone I just gave her, and currently thinks I‘m da bomb. :lol: ❤️ :winkiss:
She’d happily go for a walk though - even in the freezing cold!

Hahaha! When Mr Cookie and I were in the Chicago boutique last fall, they offered us a unicorn too - a Croc K. I declined because I knew that the purse would cost more than our first house did... in 1979...
Later that night I told him how I ‘saved’ him (because he is the kind of guy to go back and purchase something I’ve expressed interest in, and then surprise me as an anniversary/Christmas present), and he said “Well, I sure would have been surprised!” :lol:
(I just read this to him, and as we both were laughing, he said “Yeah - thank you!”

I do have a pre-loved K though, and I very much like it. My Pico is also pre-loved, and it’s one of my most worn bags... just sayin’

Thanks, karenska! The fantasy scarves as my SA calls them are not a go-to style of for me. The cw is so important for it to work for me. But I do love this one. (I also love @bunnycat 's red... I confess having had that one in and out of my cart several times!)

I've been wearing this non-stop lately. It's especially nice that it's preloved; I don't worry about being super careful with it, and I think I'll mostly go preloved on CSGMs from here on out. I love it so much that another CSGM is on its way to me for Christmas, but it's been "In Transit, Arriving Late" for nearly a week now. :sad:
