Thank you! You will love this MT because of the animal print. It adds that extra wow to the scarf.Very elegant. I generally stay away from brown scarves, but this one really works for you! This MT in a red CW is the next one on my shopping list.

I have one scarf that I actually bought with eventual framing in mind, because it looks like embroidery, but then it turns out to be so easy and comfortable to wear when it is hot, that it stayed in the scarf drawer instead.

I adore this little scarf and think it would make an extraordinary wall hanging. It is art around my neck as well and one I almost always take with me when traveling - like today.
Dans un Jardin Anglais
First picture is of the darling thing after a very warm day at Versailles - I had to laugh because I felt like the little thing was just beside itself after seeing those gardens! It has been washed since! [emoji38]

Well it should be displayed in front of you regularly to remind you that because of the interesting posts about it and its history I ended up chasing it and found a lovely one, albeit with a black border - it’s all your fault and some other members’ as well - and I’m forever grateful for it![]()
This little guy always works so well for you.
That's beautiful on you. 70 would be a good size to frame though if you get a duplicate.

All so beautiful!Great theme week posts thus far scarfies! I’ve always hough H silks were easily frameble but my lessons learned are 1) framing a 90 cm silk is very expensive, sometimes costing more than the silk due to proper framing needs such as archival quality materials and uv protective glass. 2) choosing a good colorway fom framing that will work with your interior decor in various rooms is also what I consider. A scarf that I would wear may not be the one I’d like to frame for my home, thus doubling up on cost.
That said here are a few that I would consider framing if funds and space would allow for it. I finally did frame one exceptional scarf that was the perfect size, a 55cmemroidered bandana of Tiger Royal purchased at the Carre Club event in LA. I think scarf size for framing is ideal at pochette, bandana and 70 cm sizes. Wish I had he wall space for 90cm! Please look up the thread on framing your scarves: it was very helpful to me regarding framing options and considerations.

For a pop anf silk that keeps a viewer interested for a while, how about Hippopolis or Fauborg silk by Ugo Gattoni?

And what I am wearing today: Having a blast with a new SS silk Sweet Dreams. Those colorful monsters remind me of the fauve paintings combined with Matisse and Goines all rolled into one.
Have a great hump day all!

I'm alarmed that I can recognize more than half just by the bordersI am cleaning out my scarf drawer and sorting through which silks I would love to see framed.
Call me crazy but these contrast hems make me smile.

Love this on you!
I also agree with someone’s comment that the smaller formats would be easier to mount as art.
Actually I think any of the Alice Shirley designs would look great on a wall. Although a few like this one and the Canadian wild scarf would look best if mounted on the diagonal.
Beautifully styled! Très chic, @dreambag7767!
This cw makes you glow @Pautinka!Acte 3 is definitely a work of art. I have wondered about having a wall in my dressing room painted with magnetic paint so that I could display scarves randomly and change them often without too much faff.

Wow, red is your beauty-and-power colour @AnnaE! And I also loved your SD in the red cw -- quite unique!Mythes et Metamorphoses today. I have been thinking about what scarves I would frame, and I would frame most of them, space permitting.
This is probably not one of them though — a little too busy when unfolded, although I love how that design drapes.
