Here's my runner-up for the holiday season, the bandana Ex-Libris mousseline. The plaid and green was perfect complement to red sweaters for the festive season without being too obvious.
Alas, I only have a pic wearing it back in Summer, not this holiday season.

Yay- scarf twin!
This was a busy year of scarf collecting - **9** after I counted them all up! Mostly from S/S 2019. Here are three faves acquired this year:
Most Sophisticated award: Pivoines, Blu Lac colorway
Tied for Most Versatile and Most Fun awards: Cosmographia, a dream with my denim-intensive wardrobe:
And, the "Finally Mine" award goes to L'Ivresse de l'Infini, a personal grail ever since I saw this colorway modeled on the highly inspirational blog Hymnes au Carres, when I first started collecting. Recent acquisition!

Based on my very limited experience, a 140 Summer Silk is very much lighter in weight and behaves differently to an ordinary 140 Silk Twill, if you want to test the format before you commitMAGJES, I think the mousselines are very feminine and quite gorgeous but I’m worried I won’t wear it if I purchase one. I know there are many on this forum who ADORE moussies. They don’t seem to be a good format for me. Wishing you happiness and buona fortuna in your quest to acquire one (or two....). For my part, as I posted yesterday, my goal in 2020 is to acquire ONE perfect (for me) 140 CSGM. And to try on a 140 all-silk, to see how they look. I was ecstatic to find that the giant triangle did not overwhelm me; in fact it has that effortless quality you mention, but a 140 silk is twice the amount of silk compared to the giant triangle. Well, I should try on a moussie when I try on a 140 silk. There, it’s a plan!!
