Thank you. I find 70cm and 100cm formats easier to wear.I love the way you tie your 70 cm!
Stay strong, Fizzy! Hold my hand, sista!I will not think about the beaded/embroidered pillow and blanket...

Caraibes may have been the first 90 I bought, but my love affair with H started because of Mythiques Phoenix. The affair with that birdie is still going strong. It's a constant in my collection and I doubt that will ever change. I think I have enough MPs in various formats to last maybe 3 weeks without a repeat(I try not to think too hard about this
).
IIRC this was the first MP I bought. It was off the resale market.

This MP was the first scarf I bought off H US online. My finger trembled, so did my credit card.

And this is my most recent MP, also my SOTD. I really like the 70cm format. Some day, I might divest myself of most of my collex, but these birdies will definitely be the last to fly the coop.

Such a lovely contrasting hem!Well, H-Scarf devotees, after writing this post, I decided to pull out my lovely gold-wheat Paperoles and try it on with a new twinset and voila! Not too fancy at all! In fact, I love it! And I also like the way I tied it. So, I no longer want to think this is a too-fancy scarf. And I’m determined to wear it more.
The twilly with the necklace in the 1st photo is brilliant. Very simple but so chic.Another thing that has evolved over the last few years is my use of twillies. I used to wear them mostly on my neck (still do, now and then) like so:

Now they mostly live on my bags....

One thing that has stayed the same though, even with the shift in format favorites, is a love for purples, pinks and reds...
One of my first 90's was Cosmos (still have it) in cherry, burgundy and gold:

And the men's Caduce' Rock that I got a couple of years ago in similar colors but a very different vibe.

And bopping around running errands today in the dramatic purple/black/white colored uber giant Flamingo Party pareo again

OMG, the blanket! And for that price, you get the whole horse! https://www.hermes.com/us/en/product/robe-du-soir-blanket-H102952Mv01/Twins, and twins for buying it 2x! I lusted after it as soon as I saw it in the seasonal thread, and ordered it immediately from the website for store pickup. Then I got there and was really disappointed by the lack of contrast between the navy and black - in H photos it's really strong but except in super bright light it's almost invisible to me. I sadly asked for my first ever return, got store credit - and immediately saw the pareo in the back. Because of the sheerness of the pareo cotton, the contrast is much stronger, and there's more white for interest too.
I wore the pareo a LOT, but kept thinking about the original. On a trip to Cologne, they had it and I gave in. I still don't wear it enough, but it's so gorgeous. I will not think about the beaded/embroidered pillow and blanket...
It's the 70cm Mythiques Phoenix Tattoo in bleu noir/blanc. From SS19, I believe. Still available!the last one! Whats the name?
I wore that outfit to my home boutique. My SA was very amused by the necklace.I love obsessions.
Great pairing with the phoenix necklace!

Yes, scarf1! I feel that way about Paperoles with my new twinset (pictured on this thread). I suddenly feel like I have a new scarf. Your scarf and sweater pair beautifully.I apologize for the bad exposure- there were a lot of reflections from mirrors.
Actual SOTD was an oldie- Au coeur de la vie - hadn’t worn this in at least a year, but it is finally fall in Northern California. Sometimes a new piece of clothing- in this case the cream sweater, can make some neglected scarves come out and play again.View attachment 4595308

How do we feel about these twillies? Pink or blue I can't decide. I defiantly have BOTH colors equally in wardrobe and thinking about getting BOTH a pink bag and a Constance blue bag so I am torn - HELP LADIES HAHAYes, scarf1!
