Eliwon—I don’t want to hijack the thread, so DM me for more info if needed— but for everyone, the following video link shares the marbling print technique used by Kyoto Marble and sought by Hermes, which is maybe another video.
It’s very unique, I can’t explain it, like printing with sculptured flats of play-dough carved and pressed from “color starches.”. Significantly, This year’s Balade en Berline is a complete composition of an H classic, while the one prior marbled scarf from H past season was a floating image at each scarf corner.

Thank you so much, Jbizzy, this was absolutely fantastic:smile:

The wooden toys of Noel au Faubourg 24... While I love this CW, I recently fulfilled my wish of adding another much coveted one to my collection... Am saving it for December and can barely hold my excitement

Your Noel is gorgeous!

Today, as temps drop from the 60's to the 20's...there's no place like Texas!
Le Tarot, in one of 3 colorways owned...
John in DFW

Score two for Texas shivering souls.....Silk Mix as temp dropped 40 degrees in six hours....it ain't fancy, but it’s warm.
On the toy theme: coming of age in 1975, the apex of adulthood was acquiring the necessity of an apartment and a stereo system (e.g., toy). Silk Mix just keeps spinning the hits!

Love the colors in this!

OMG… that's too funny! I'm old enough to remember Pong very well. In fact, my DH gave one to his brother as a birthday present one year (they were both adults). It was a big hit!
Haha! I am old enough to remember as well.

OMG PONG! and to think I couldn’t even keep up with that one! (note: add Lab du Temps to tertiary grail list!)
When you think you don’t have anything for the weekly theme, pull out lab du temps!
