My SOTD today was Index Palmarum which I tied using the Bova knot. This is such a neat and practical way to tie our scarves and one that displays a pretty decent expanse of fabric and design. After IP, I post the Bova knot with a few other scarves.

I'm back. Gotta say how much I admire that Jardins d'Hiver on you. Ah, another thing to put on my bucket list!
Thank you!!!
So excited to be twins! :hugs:
I was trying to tidy up the collex last Sat and remember pausing at this. I deliberately sought out several cock-themed scarves for the Year of the Cockerel in 2017 and this is my fave find because, as you mentioned, it has a soothing cw.

I'm always amazed by scarfies who can fold and scrunch 140s/CSGMs down to almost nothing
Thanks xincinsin. It is very soothing indeed. Looking forward to wearing it.

I just adore this cw of Mountain Zebra.
Tied 5 different ways
This is just lovely on you.

I interrupt our regularly scheduled program to introduce some of my new scarves. So excited about these and they are most certainly magic.
First one is Philippe Ledoux’s Armeria from 1966 and in excellent condition. In this predominantly black CW, the title is not visible. Fascinating!

And, this year I finally got some 70s. First, Le Bal Masque and now not one, but TWO different gorgeous CWs of this special Quadrige! One has a fuchsia and the other a purple border. I played with them by tying them together and here are some knots

Congratulations Fifi! What a stunning classic Armenia is. Perfect on you. Your Quadriceps are a perfect couple together and look amazing tied as a duo.

Bova's knot is a true regular. It really does allow a pattern to be shown off. These are all fab examples.

To see one knot used in several scarves in a row, as here with the @Bova123 knot, is inspiring. It is a very smart way to tie a scarf! I never tried Bova knot, but will do now!!

I love your Armeria! I have this same CW, but not nearly as crisp condition. I did attempt to rehome it once, but the buyer insisted it was fake because the title was not visible. (The predominantly black one with the red border also does not have the title, because black-on-black, obviously.) It was all so unpleasant and upsetting that I put the scarf away and can't even look at it. Anyway, thanks for the viewing pleasure!

Oh no. I’m sorry for the bad experience. Selling can be so upsetting at times when you have to deal with unpleasant buyers. :hugs:

It looks so chic and casual.

Thank you so much!
The Vinci is brilliant in color - BAM - I’ve got to figure it out still!
Onde de Chic is a fabulous neutral - I wear it much more than I thought I would. It has a dark, steely blue in it that - well - sings to me. I worry a bit about the ‘zebra’ look (animal prints at my age means that I must be careful) but - it’s so pretty!!
The Onde Chic is abstract enough that it doesn't scream animal print to me - at least that's how it appears to me in your photo. It is indeed very pretty!
