Love that vintage Zodiaque! Super cool!

Brides de Gala maxi twilly. Tag calls it menthe, although I’d say it’s emerald green. This is the first time wearing it after proper marination in the drawer. I’m not sure how I feel about this format yet. I do like that it’s double sided for added interest.

Essiedub- it's lovely on you! It took me awhile to figure this format out. now I treat it more like I treat the moussie stoles for tying, and that helped me a lot.

Great ones bunny, when @papertiger sees your fabulous Alternateur she'll be Jaune Vif with envy, LOL!

 Thank you textilegirl! ALternateur is a fun to pull out sometimes- very modern in look (and very bright!).

This is what came in the mail yesterday. I know that there have a been a lot of PdS photos, so I hope you don't mind seeing yet another. I look dreadful in grey so I didn't think that any of the colorways would look good on me. This one has me delighted. Happily, it's cold today and I can wear it.

FlaTiger- Congrats on this! It looks perfect for you!

They are easier to deal with if you fold them not on the bias but just along the length. And if you fold it in a quarters you can try ties on it like a 90.
This is great advice bunny; I find that I often just fold mine along the length making a rectangle and then go from there with a once thru kind of tie, or a loose knot. The folds seem to 'tame' all of that potential billowing effect. Of course with the right LDB, it's great to unfurl the whole thing, tie the end around your neck and let the whole thing billow away behind your back a la Isadora Duncan, et al.; that was how my SA sold me, but then again, I'm a sucker for these beauties

Awkward selfie today. Wearing the green Space Shopping. View attachment 4007258
Au contraire, your selfie is the essence of un-awkward, and a lovely photo!

@bobkat1991 is that Persona? Looks fab. Persona is probably the design in my collection that I like the best.
I am a Persona person, I admit. I have that one and another 90 in Brown, rust and gray. PLUS two 16 cm Persona! I am currently lusting after a 90 cm on the bay that features different shades of green.

I love how you've tied it!

Thank you. Slowly learning:smile:

!

Good idea bunnycat..but Honestly, I have trouble with those stoles also. I have 2 and it always looks like a scarf explosion. Have you posted examples of how you do it?

Also hugs to everyone for the “likes”:hugs:

Green grass on my “Les Amoureux” gavroche with a Mors scarf ring to make it lie a little looser AND my just-back-from-the-jeweler engagement ring that was transformed from a solitaire to a past/present/future three-stone ring (my original ring was used to cast the new setting) after I chipped off the tip of a prong on the original ring, which has nothing to do with Hermes but goes with the “amoureux” theme of the gavroche! Or maybe I just wanted to share my ring-joy and this seemed like a safe and supportive place for that!
Beautiful gavroche and ring!

Beautiful Coffee! Congrats on your new ring! (so glad you didn't lose anything after breaking a prong!)

Fantastic Bobkat! And that lippy is perfection on you!

Thank you. Slowly learning:smile:

Thanks bunnycat. Hmmm, okay. I'll try the length fold. My Karnak wears me.

@Pirula- I'll try to catch up and post something in the "how to" thread. I think you wanted to see the cowboy variation from the les Bains scarf?

And essiedub- here is one idea for the Maxi Twillies I posted over in the "how to" thread:

https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/the-how-to-guide-for-scarves-no-chatter.189943/page-6

and the way I tied the Brazil the other day is just an infinity knot. Tie the tips together and loop it several times over your head. Super quick:
