I'm curious.

You said you checked her license. Was the picture the same name person as your customer/scammer? Were the name and address the same?

The reason I ask is that the name DOES match the owner of the property of the address she supposedly lives at in White Plains.

LOL! I was directed here by someone else.

But I think if the OP asks for the thread to be moved to the ebay forum, there will be more members who might watch for the bags on ebay and other sites. (With the ebay forum being not as "brand specific," I think there's a wider audience.)

I'm sorry you're going through this OP, I hope you will get your bags back, we have BB on our side and, as we know, she is an amazing detective. It still astonishes me how she found your other bags.

OP, I’ve seen your CL ad, I just want to mention that a couple of the above-mentioned bags are still showing as available on your site. You may want to remove them before we go searching for them. It could cause mayhem for you otherwise.

Despicable... these people should be prosecuted for their wrongdoings and should be penalized!

How can I get them to do this? I would love for it to be moved to a post where it will get the most exposure and I can get the most help searching for the items. :) Thank you so much BB! You are the best

Hi! I have been so crazy hectic! I ended them on ebay, are they still on my craigslist or on my actual website? If they are on my website I will have my husband take them off tomorrow as I dont know how to do that, he runs the whole website, ie why a ton of things arent posted lol! I really appreciate you letting me know this, I too agree they need to be down! I am going to check now. Thank you so much ladies!

Yes BB everything matched and the photo was of her! The lady at that address is some 60 year old white jewish woman, this woman was mid 30's and black. I looked at the photo, the birth date, the full name and everything was exactly the same.

Since she has been at my store she has used the card at other places, I do not think to purchase any bags, but at other places in NJ and NYC such as Teaneck NJ for dinner. I did get the chargeback right now but Amex and my processor are investigating and believe it will be covered because she is obviously a scammer and I did everything I was supposed to do. I still want to find the bags, they dont deserve to be with such scum, they deserve loving homes. Makes me sick.
They are searching for her, we have video footage with her face and everything on camera, license plates that are being run, and my detective has teamed up with the other detectives in the other areas that she has scammed. I have no doubt eventually she will get busted, and my bags will surface.

Fingers crossed, and fingers crossed Amex and my processor work out as I really dont want to have to go through the process of insurance its a pain! But I will if I have to, but thankfully for me her card swiped through, she signed and the last 4 digits matched the 4 digits that came up on her invoice. SO I should be covered and they should be going after her.

Thank you so much for that I really appreciate it!!! He is 10 months and just the best thing ever, everytime I get stressed about this I just take a minute and look at him and its better.

The power of children is amazing.
