Since the credit card was swiped in store and she signed for the purchase and her license matched all the information we are hoping we will be covered. This was all notated in the police report as well. Also on my block there are lots of cameras outside stores so we have pulled all the cameras for the time frame she was in the store and leaving and will be reviewing the footage. Also the town I am in does manual trackers on cars to see who is parking and when they arrived so they are running the license plate on a few vehicles that came in that time frame. Fingers crossed they catch this scum bag and she wont be able to do this to anyone else. I hope they find my bags with her and they are not sold before they find her.
As for me I am trying to stay positive and relax. My babies need me more then this scam does, I am working hard at both and hopefully karma will be on my side. She is a terrible person and I cannot believe she did this in my store with my child there it literally makes my skin crawl.

Please keep us post. Hope the cops can chase after her and her partners. It must be a group of scammer. One person can't do much. I believe there is a scammer group behind her to use her do all these scam. I know it's tough for you, but please stay positive. ;)

I'm wondering if you have anything with her fingerprints on it? I believe she will be caught; Purse Forum info reaches far and wide. Where is your store located?

I agree with the OP who suggested you contact consignment stores as she will be trying to sell these. Someone like that might be dumb enough to list them on Craigs List.

How do people like this live with themselves?

I am so sorry this happened! These loser scumbags have no soul and I hope the police will catch them soon so they can't continue to do this. I hope you will get your bags back too. Keep staying positive! :smooch::heart:

I got scammed once and lost close to $3000 over a Celine bag. Nowhere near your loss but I understand your frustration. Hope the ladies on the east coast can help you get those bags back!!

Im sorry to hear this, there are so many scams with Celine Bags going on it is crazy. People arent as used to authenticating them and dont know what to look for with real or fake ones, I know there is someone on ebay selling fake Celines from 3 different accounts, livingluxury, lovelaughspend and pricelessluxuries. Be aware if you see their listings and please help report them as they are the same person selling the same fake bags over and over again.

I am going to actually check for fingerprints, she did touch a lot of items in our store, it should be easy to find a good one. She was in the store for over an hr touching all the bags.

I dont know how people do stuff like this and live with themselves.

this may be a dumb question, but did you or the police check on ebay? Besides the obvious, I just happened to google 'turquoise Chanel bag" last night looking for a different style bag and one identical to the reissue above was on ebay, but I didn't look at the date it was posted. I wish you luck.

actually, I just went on ebay to look at it again and I think it's gone. There are a few like it, but they are clutches without chains; the one I saw last night had a chain
