I am curious about that because Sunday is generally closed but it’s open for the event. So I assume at least for Sunday the store is closed to the public?
Hi PF! Would love some advice. I’ve shopped sporadically at the SF store for random items. I’ve met an SA who is very hot/cold. When I see her in person she is great and very willing to help but when I text her she will not respond to anything. I gave up and just went back in the store again. She happened to be there and helped me again and was super nice and asked me to save her number (which I already had). I bought another pair of shoes and have been texting her for more colors and alas she has ghosted me again. What should I do? Just go back in the store again to find another SA? I really like her but I just want someone that can respond. I’m not even asking for quota bags from her just RTW and shoes.

I called the store to make an appointment with her! They said she still needs to call me back to confirm her availability but hope it will work out. I really like her so would prefer to continue working with her but tough when I see items online available now not knowing if it will be available in the store.

The tricky things with online is that it has the be available online when your with your SA in person to purchase the item - so I know exactly what you mean when items aren’t available when you come in. Create a list of things you want to see when you go in ( a few items) and go from there. If not available online when you go in, your SA should be able to add this to your wishlist items and will contact you when it comes in. Keeps us posted - going in person to build a bond will allow you more time with you SA
Update… the SA texted me back but I think I may have to try my luck just going in the store to work with someone else. I liked her but she hasn’t responded. I followed up but don’t want to keep texting her and I’m pretty sure the items I want will sell out if not already. Last I checked they were available on the website. I was hoping to start a relationship with her but I think I will have to find someone new. Wish me luck!
It’s hard because the SAs seem to prioritize folks in person which makes it difficult to be as responsive with texts. I try to give my SA as much understanding and patience as possible because I know she’s trying her best with lots of in person clients.
With that said, I worked with a few SAs before I found the right one. With the others, I didn’t feel like they were necessarily trying, I wasn’t comfortable or that I felt like I was bothering them.
I’d go with your gut. If you want to try other SAs, the SF store has many great ones. Good luck!

If anyone knows the waiting time of UQ bags at SF store? I have shopped almost 1:1 to my dream UQ bag and just wondering how long shall the wait time lead?
Not sure what UQ stands for but a typical quota bag prespend these days is closer to 2 or 3:1 unfortunately. Unlike some other countries, the US doesn’t have set prespend amounts to “qualify” for a bag so until you get the offer, there is no way to know how close an offer is. For some people it’s just a few months, for others it can be years. Depends on spend, relationship, competition, timing, and which exact specs you are requesting. Good luck!
