I am spending on average about $4K every visit so far this year. I am now at a 1:1 spend, no bag offer yet, but my last visit she told me she is keeping an eye on my wishlist. I went in the last visit bc a shoe I love became available in a new color (Oz Mule in Naturel) and wanted to see if she had it. She had them in black instead, so I went in to buy those. She told me if something is available online and she doesn't have it, to go ahead and buy online. If there is something you want, take a screen shot, send to your SA, ask if she has it? If not, ask if you should just buy online?

@gigimarie -- this is a good sign. i'd do a soft check in every now and then if I were you  I started feeling reassured when my SA started telling me that she's "working on it" haha! sure felt and sounded a lot better than the standard "no inventory" or "no shipments so far." I learned not to let me SA know if I ever buy something in the online store again lol, it's a bit of a taboo thing since the store and SA wont get the credit, if you know what I mean?
@Sweetpea84 Really depends. In my case, I give my SA a heads up on what I'm looking for before I schedule an appointment or if she has something for me, id ask her to let me pick it up in person so I can browse around and maybe pick up a few more items. I ask if there's inventory on a certain category before I pop in and when I'm in, we like to walk around sections to see if I see anything i'd be interested in, so the amount I spend per visit really depends. i.e.: my last visit, was supposedly just for twily's but I ended up walking out of the store with a cdc and a dress, it would've been a full outfit if they had the colette loafers in my size and in the right color haha. My SA prefers that I send her a link of the item that like from the online store, it's easier for her to look up the item code/number.
Has anyone been to the store lately? trying to see if they already launched the Plein Air line (Foundation)? Eager to try it

Can your SA see your online profile? Sorry if this has been asked / answered before. I tried to search first but didn’t find a solid answer. I know they can’t see international purchases.

Thank you Gigi! I went in last week and really wanted the Eze sandals but none were avail. She looked up to see if other stores had them but low stock and said that she would keep an eye out. I am also at 1:1 and my SA said the same regarding my wishlist. My spendings has varied in spending amount. I guess dependent on what is available at the time of visit. I’ll take your advice and if I see the sandals come in stock, I’ll send her a screenshot to see if she can order them for me.

Thank you, MissCosmo! Your always so helpful. So when you text your SA, do you ask her for inventory check even if only one item or do you contact her when you have a list of items? And if she has it available, do you ask for an appointment to pick up the item and for her to set aside additional time for you to look around? Last time I went in was to pick up an item that became available and it seemed that she was busy so I just looked at the item and paid for it….so not like a full appointment (1 hour).

Hi guys! What is your average spend amount after every visit? Especially when making a visit every 1-2 months. Also, if I see something I like online, do you text your SA and have her order it and pick up in store or get it mailed to your home? I want to stay in touch with my SA as much as I can but sometimes inventory at the store is sparse and I feel bad coming out with very little. I guess my question is, how do you communicate and make your purchases in store and offline (eg. giving a list before next visit etc) and it is reasonable to text with small requests. I want to make sure I make good use of my SA’s time knowing how busy they are in store.

I text my SF SA when I see things I like online and if it is in stock (or available at another store), she will order it for me.
Even if it's just something small. You can pickup in store or have it shipped to your home. Shipping should be free too but always double check with your SA!

I used to do this too but found it as hit or miss on the response I got.. assuming my SA is very busy. And I hate texting or emailing again if I got no response so I kind of stopped doing this and just started going in person to ask about the items I wanted. I guess every SA is different!

This is a great idea too! Gather all things I like and check with my SA in store. This is what I usually do but tricky at times when there’s nothing in store and I kinda get lost on what i should look for next while in store. Especially when I am on somewhat of a budget and like to know what I will be spending during my visits.

Hi! it's always good practice to give SA a heads up if you want to look around when you come in to pick up some items. at least that's what I do or as if she has time to show you some stuff. if you text your SA for something and you dont get a response, wait a couple of days and then do a follow up text. this used to drive me crazy when i text my SA and she doesnt respond right away -- i've learned to see the good side on this or at least my bank does haha. if she doesnt respond right away, it's okay, this'll give you some time to really gauge if you want the item haha, if by day 2 or 3 and you're still thinking about the item, send the SA a follow-up (something along the lines of 'hey.. hope you're okay -- checking in if...') they almost always respond back, unless they are out sick or on vacation. i hope this helps!

thank you so much!

I've bought some small things here and there (a few bracelets and a scarf) but the SA won't respond when I ask whether there is a Herbag available via text. She's great about texting back when I am want/ready to purchase something readily available, and I'm OK with her not texting back wasting both our time. But it's been weeks. Are Herbags hot demands right now? Selling off the shelves?

Maybe SA is out on vacation? I usually txt again as a reminder, if I don’t hear from them >1week.

Hi everyone!! Any tips/advice for someone starting out in the SF store? (I've mainly shopped abroad or other US cities I've vacationed in and figured it's time to start building at home )

Also how did everyone bring up creating a wishlist? did the SA just bring it up naturally? Do you flat out ask to create one? Thanks in advance!! <3

Maybe just schedule an appt with her and ask in store? The last few times I went there were different herbags on display. I’d wager you can get one in person easily
