I've been asking her every time I text her (once a week or once every 2 weeks, not just asking about the Herbag but about other things too) but to no avail... then I was finally able to add one to the cart and purchase via website... now I'll have to apologize when I see my SA in person... :sad:

not sure if stocks are low at your SF store or your SA didn’t take your requests seriously. If I were you I wouldn’t even mention about your online purchase. Your money, your choice :)

Apologize for what? Since you already got it on your own and SA didn't help you acquire it, I don't see a reason why you should even tell her about it.
Anyways, I noticed that most SAs don't really discuss bags via e-mail or text.....unless they have an actual offer for you.

Wanted to share I’m from LA, did not connect with an SA in BH… so in January we visited SF and I got connected to a great SA… that day I got offered a mini lindy, rouliss, and a picotin 22… ended up taking the P22…. i expressed my interest in a C24, which she told me it’s not a quota bag but there is a spend amount for it… so I said ok… moved on… since our initial in person visit, we’ve had texts conversation exchanges, placed orders that she shipped. Then I sent Her a message the end of April about a light colored Evelyn tpm… she calls me that moment and offers me a mini lindy in mauve sylvestre… mind you she told me 2 months prior to look that color up to see if it was a color I would be interested in. I thought it would have been for the C24… the onply bags I spoke to her about were the Evelyn tpm and C24… so to my surprise being offered a bag not on my wishlist was surprising… I had the lindy 26 in mind but hadn’t shared with her… anyway we drove up to the bay 4 days later to pick it up. I have to say having a connection with the right SA for you makes a difference. Still awaiting my C24, but loving the mini lindy now

Wow, did you pre-spend pretty significantly prior up your first offers? Mini lindy and Roulis offers on the first visit sounds like a miracle especially for 2021-2022 these days… lucky you!

I had no pre spend.. that day we purchased about 3k worth of things before she offered, this was my first visit to the SF store. Prior I had an online order that I picked up in BH and then a previous Europe purchase in 2018

I'm finally going into the store again this Friday! Does anyone know how the stocks are nowadays? I'm looking to get the Oz mules, but also wanted to see if they had an Evelyn TPM in a light color for summer! Wish me luck, will report back after Friday!

I was there yesterday and not much change on the inventory for bags and SLGs. New RTW, the black and white items were so beautiful (my weakness lol). I didn't notice any mules but i know that they just got new inventory for the Destin loafers. I was told the colors were new for the season, one is a yellowish beige in gold hardware and the other is a pale pink in rose gold... both are beautiful and speaking as one who ALWAYS go for the neutral (I only have 1 pink item in my closet), I ended up taking the pale pink pair home haha!
RE: TPM, you might want to ask your SA to add it in your order. TPMs are one of those bags that never hit the display shelf. I wanted a rouge de coeur last year so my SA placed an order for me along with an etoupe version just in case, and I ended up with an etoupe haha.

Do you know how the "placing an order" for the non-quota bags actually work? Do they actually place an order or place you on a waitlist so you'll get one in the order received? Or do the SAs basically just keep an eye out and you'll just have to hope they remember you asked for one?

They note it under your account and then as stock gets scanned in, it alerts the staff to all the profiles with that exact item “ordered”. Then the SM decides who it goes to. It’s somewhat of a merger between waitlist and wishlist.

I agree to this. It helps to add an alternative color, like what my SA did when I placed the order for my TPM. Rouge de coeur color never arrived and I've since changed it to a mini bolide haha

Might want to try the Destin :) it looks a lot like the Oz mules but loafer style haha. Depending on SA's, mine placed the order on the spot with me. She placed the order on her handy (or should I say magic) work phone
