Hi everyone!
I just started my official H journey 3 months ago. In the past, I have only bought clic-clacs here and there & a lindy during my travels. So far, I'm really enjoying exploring shoes, scarves, and RTW in the SF store with my wonderful SA. So far, I purchased a garden party which I absolutely love, an oasis sandal, a few bracelets, and the exposition universelle! Hoping to get a sweater dress from their resort collection when I drop by tomorrow. All of your stories make me so hopeful to get my dream B30 one day

You mentioned “dropping by” the boutique. Just want to be sure that you know that they are open by appointment these days. Good news is that there is no pre-Christmas crush!

My SA told me for Kelly Pochette you cannot be too picky about the colors, so I was very open to the color options and hardware. I was offered a blue Zellige in phw when I’m almost 2 years with hermes SF store.
In terms of H events, I don’t think they are reserved for VIP, you will likely to be invited when you visit the store often.
Can you share what category included in your 1:1 spend? Does it include bags or leather goods?

Michael isn’t my SA but my understanding is that the SF SAs are working every other day now so that may be the reason for delay in responding.Just want to come on here and ask if anyone here has Michael as their SA and could share your experience with me? PM if thats better.

My spend was in multiple categories. Leather goods, fashion jewelry, home goods.

This is a hard question to answer. My SA is amazing and we clicked when we for met. We were talking about my wish list within 20 minutes. She told me she would make my “Birkin dream come true” in an emailafter our first appointment. I stuck with her and it really paid off!!
I’m wondering too if Hermes SF is open . I txted my SA last Saturday and no txts either. She always respond to me before . I would like to make an appointment too before Christmas!Anyone know if the boutique is open during the stay-at-home order? I've called twice, haven't heard back. I think my SA isn't there anymore (not replying to texts) so just trying to make an appointment with whoever's available
