Anyone know if the boutique is open during the stay-at-home order? I've called twice, haven't heard back. I think my SA isn't there anymore (not replying to texts) so just trying to make an appointment with whoever's available
It is open! but I think its by appointment only and it my be hard to reach the store via phone but keep calling. I rec calling in the morning!

Just want to come on here and ask if anyone here has Michael as their SA and could share your experience with me? PM if thats better.

I was paired with him when I had my first in store shopping appt back in Oct (I thought he was friendly and lovely) and I have exchanged a couple of text messages with him after (scheduling appt with him) but he is not very responsive. I'm not a chatty person either and want to know if we'd be a match to continue this SA relationship, I really don't want to put in the effort and $$ to force it  any advice is appreciated!
He’s my sa too. Had him once also. He isn’t responsive by text but very friendly in person. :)

Started my Hermès journey at the San Fran boutique 4 months ago and yesterday was offered my 3rd quota bag. The first 2 I declined as they did not make my heart sing. I have the best SA and we clicked from the first time we met. Then yesterday she sends me this. Noir Togo Birkin 35 with PHW!! My dream bag offer and my heart sings!! Can’t wait to wear this baby out!!View attachment 4922014
Congratulations! Could you please share your SA with me?

Amazing congrats!! May I ask who is your SA? Would you be willing to PM me?

OK heard back from the SF store yesterday... yes they are open! FYI they are allowing 9x appointments per hour (each with 1 SA, 1 customer and a possible +1) meaning max 27 people plus managers and other staff in the store. I believe no appointments for people outside the adjacent Bay Area counties due to SF quarantine rules.

Hi there! Just joined TPF  I have purchased a few small items that I really love (dishes, bracelets, shoes) from my lovely SA at the SF H store over the course of two visits. This was during Covid, so I had to pre-book appointments for both. The first appointment was tough to get because I had to call the store a few times. But once I got in and really got along well with my SA, she gave me her contact info and was responsive when I reached out the next time.

I was wondering how long would be appropriate to wait before asking about a B/K/C I'm assuming I'll have to wait a while for the right bag to come in, unless some of you received an offer upon your first ask in SF? Also, if you wouldn't mind sharing, what was your spend ratio before being offered a bag? I'm hoping for a Kelly 25, mini Kelly, and/or mini Constance. (I know those sizes are in high-demand so it might take a while!) I'm open to quite a few colors--too many beautiful ones to choose from--so thankfully I'm not limited there. Just trying to figure out timeline. Thanks for the help!

@ls224 The SA's can't read your mind so I suspect you may not get an offer (at least not right away) until you express what you are interested in to them. If you are hoping to get something sooner rather than waiting a year or two or more for them to broach the topic, just express that this is something you are interested in although you know they are in high demand.

I uhh just did the math (lololol advice: try to avoid doing the math) and in the last 15month's have done at least 2:1 and have never received a quota offer....but I never asked. I didn't know what I wanted or if I wanted a B/K/C honestly so it's not like I was torn up about not getting an offer and I've been really enjoying the shopping I've done. Especially during covid it's kind of symbolic of doing something fun for myself; especially since I'm the one cleaning our house and what not while doing my full time job and going to school part time (and I know boohoo cleaning but it's super time intensive for one person to do it right).

But back to you - If you want an offer, communicate what you want! And just note to them, that you know certain things (especially the mini Kelly) are rare to set expectations that you are patient about your wishlist but offers may not come (at least in a timely fashion) unless they know you want to be offered to.
