Hello San Francisco H girls! I’ll be in the city tomorrow and would love to get a recommendation for a wonderful SA that I can build a long term relationship with. I used to have one and after she left, I’ve basically bounced around over the last decade, either buying at other H stores when on vacation or on the resale market. I’m also wondering what the latest rules are: can I shop over the phone my wish list and pick up these items up curbside or is it by appointment inside the store only -or both? Wondering how hard it will be to get an appointment as Saturday is my only day? Thanks in advance for any help or advice!
Hi! You can either do phone orders with curbside or fedex to your home or you can make an appointment. The SAs are working in shifts so there is no guarantee that they will be working on a specific day of the week anymore. Your best bet is to call the store and ask if any of the SAs working on Saturday have a slot open. Last time I had to book a Saturday appointment with my SA 2-3 weeks in advance and the appointment was 1 hour long and I had to request items in advance.

Hi all probably a long shot because I couldn’t find any info when I try to Google, but was there a watch that was designed for the San Francisco store opening? My SA was telling me that I would like it because it’s in my favorite color (yellow). Anyone knows what it looks like? (I’m not in the Bay Area either so surprised to hear I can get one?)

Thanks!! That is a nice color but I guess it’s basically the normal Carre H watch? I wonder if it’s the same price (7300).
I've found the San Francisco store to be really on top of things and responsive/helpful anytime I've been in there regardless of who I work with (even as a walk-in when I did not have a regular SA). So while I don't personally know Terri, I just wanted to say I think the store is generally well run and professional with great customer support.

From my call yesterday, it seems like what you've described! The gentleman who picked up the phone actually made the effort to check if the item I want is available (there were but just not in the color I want) vs the PA store that I've been frequenting where I've asked my SA for months and they don't seem to be interested in ordering one for me.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll have great chemistry! I'm changing store and SA as I feel like it's an one sided affair with my current SA which is very disappointing . This means starting all over again in terms of spend but hoping for a better experience.
