Does anyone know how difficult it is to get an Evelyne TPM at the SF store? I inquired about one for many months and have seen some people get them from the SF store..

Does this mean they’re only for VIP clients?

Thanks in advance [emoji173]️[emoji173]️[emoji173]️

I would suggest keep inquiring and visiting the store helps! I rmb towards the end of my first year with H, I ask about the TPM and i was offered multiple times. I am no VIP but I visit the store quite frequently. I know they prefer you visiting the store rather than emailing them. (And as what you did, I showed my loyalty by buying things in different categories). Hope that helps!

So is it possible to phone order the scarf? I lived in SF for a couple years and currently live in another city. I would love the scarf because SF is a city of many great memories but I thought I couldn’t get it unless I go to the boutique...I am planning to visit the Bay Area around Christmas but I wonder if I can still find the scarf then.
Sorry for the late reply. I just saw your question.
I was surprised when the SA texted me saying she could send one to me. I didn’t have to pay for shipping either. She said it is because they didn’t have it available when I stopped by earlier.

For regulars at Hermes SF - does this store carry the Silk'In Compact Wallet (or even the longer size) normally? I've been researching different options for a compact wallet for when I am using small/mini bags, and have fallen head over heels in love with the Silk'In Compact - I love the design and size and how compact it is, as well as the zipper closure, and the beautiful pop of color from the interior - but not 100% sure on whether I want cloth on the inside of my wallet. Thus, hoping to see/touch it in person.

The Hermes Palo Alto store didn't have any! :crybaby:Said they don't carry it. Hermes SF is the next closest store for me, but I don't want to make the trip if they won't have it in stock. Of course I could order it online, but I do prefer to purchase in person if I can... plus, I'd love to see if there are other leather or interior options.

I would phone Sf store and ask if they carry these before trekking over there.

Yes, that’s where I bought mine-SF, I phoned them and they sent out within 2 days.(And I’m not regular, just a local!)

+1.. You should know if they are available & perhaps a nice SA might even tell you what colours are in stock

Thank you, that's a good idea! I'll keep this in mind when an opportunity opens up for me to make a quick trip up.

Hello SF folks!
Newish to the forum and the idea of actually trying to buy a purse at Hermes. I've shopped in Milan and Paris in the past, mostly for bracelets and silver jewelry. Now I want to get serious about working towards a fabulous dark-colored B35 in Epsom so hoping to establish a nice relationship in SF. We walked into the new store in the middle of the Christmas rush last month, and bought my husband his gift (citizen twill compact wallet). My husband straight up told the SA that I eventually wanted to buy a Birkin and the SA laughed a bit, but before I left, he told me to make sure to drop by after the holidays and talk about what I was looking for. I know it's not like I'll be offered something right away, but assuming this is a good start. Sadly, I lost his card! Does anybody know the folks there well? This is a tall, thin, blondish gentleman, maybe 50s? I'm not in a rush, but I definitely want to buy some sandals, silver jewelry, and maybe an Evelyn purse this year so I want to make sure I do it with him. My office is maybe 3 blocks away so I"m ok with dropping by here and there. Any info or help appreciated!

I’m guessing he is Paul. He has glasses too?

Does anyone have a SA recommendation / SA they love for SF? I'm in SF now and I love the vintage discontinued leathers and heritage leathers (like smooth Berenia and Box), so since they're harder to come buy I'd always looked at pre-loved and thought that the SA-relationship path may not be worth it.

However, now that I'm near a flagship perhaps there's a higher chance of non-discontinued heritage leathers? So I'm considering developing a SA-relationship instead (the possibility of a new B/K is alluring given the purseforum posts!), but starting the process is intimidating and I've read stories of bad SA experiences which just adds to the intimidation/nerves factor...
