Ok so i have a cuestion regarding TopCashback, so i used this site on September 27th to get my small loulou thru Ssense and that time TopCashback was 12%, i was going to get $200 cashback and it shows that i do have the $200 confirmed but not payable , is it normal to take this long ??

If you mean Rakuten then I think they accumulate $$ and then send you a check quarterly.

I have used Rakuten before and it seems to be more clear about the date when they send the check unlike TopCashback i hope it doesn’t get past February to get my cashback..

I use karma now and it is the same from my experience. It takes about 8 or more weeks weeks I think before the cash is released for transfer, despite showing it is there. this maybe is to make sure the item is not returned or just their due diligence.

I heard that as well. I looked at Rakuten website and the only exclusions were designer and fine jewelry. I hope I get the cashback. Otherwise, I would have purchased from the YSL site.

Neiman Marcus has the designer exclusion on Rakuten. Saks doesn't have that exclusion.

I've bought purses from NM using rakuten and got money back each time. This was my most recent purchase. . And I don't see anything in the app about it not applying to ysl or any designer handbag purchases.
