I know with NM you have to wait 6-8 weeks for the card. Then you have 90 days to spend it. I've been trying so hard to be patient and only buy when they have the GC offers. I can use that towards another bag in a few months!
Saks sends their cards with your order. The only caveat with their promo is that the gc expires within 1 month or so
