That must be a mistake since that looks like the wristlet and not the fragments monogram leather card. Hope they'll actually send the wristlet! That'd be a steal.

I’ll be curious what they do because the product title and price seemed to match one type of product, but the product description, color description, and pictures all seemed to correspond to the clutch that you were wanting to buy. (So it wasn’t just a matter of putting the wrong pictures with the “right” product.) That item number that corresponded to that product doesn’t seem to exist on their website anymore. I wonder if they will end up canceling your order or if they will honor the advertised price.

They canceled my order the very next day :yucky:

I've ordered from them a few times all the way over here in CA. I try to buy from them whenever I can because Rakuten always does 10% cash back. They also qualify for Shoprunner for free 2 day shipping and returns, if you use that. Shipping is usually free anyway but it comes in handy for returns. In my experience returns can be a bit slow when getting your refund but I've never had a problem otherwise. They package things appropriately.

I took advantage of the promo for the first time and used Rakuten, too. Have you used your gift card in the past on any designer boutique items? Chanel, LV etc?
