I was told today by an SA at the Bala Cynwyd Saks that they are not yet leased, so the 10% off is available, but they are going leased in January.

Hi. Does any one know if Dior participates at Saks double/ triple points event? I Am thinking about buying a 30 Montaigne Box Bag using my Saks card and am wondering if I should wait until points event.

Just saw this thread & wanted to update you guys on what I found out today. So, I am sure you all know they've eliminated the MPA despite still having a singular account to house interest free purchases like before. No big deal really. BUT I found out today that you can no longer call post-purchase to apply points. You can ONLY use your gift card by calling or logging in and requesting the card be MAILED to you, then placing an order using the card. Also you can no longer call CS to get the card number & give to your SA to use for a purchase (like before), you have to wait for the physical card to arrive b/c it now has a PIN. Yay SaksFirst. I have like $3600 in points right now & was going to retro apply (like usual) for a Dior purchase. Nope. Not how it works anymore. They said, "oh we should probably have sent out a letter letting people know...." ya think?

Lastly, SA can no longer call Saks credit services on behalf of a customer for any reason.

I’ve been thinking about buying my first Chanel and just found out about MPAs, which sound amazing, but now I’m seeing people say no more MPAs. Are you guys saying these accounts no longer exist?

Saks got rid of them and canceled the MPA accounts. Sometimes they have a promotion where you can still make installments over a year without interest, but your SA would have to let you know it was one of those times.

Darn, I always seem to miss the best opportunities :facepalm:. Do you know if Chanel stores inside Saks accept Saks gift cards?

Yea, but Saks has a new policy that they will only take 1 gift card per transaction in Saks stores! I can’t believe a store has its such high-end store would do this-such poor customer service! So imagine if you bought something for $248 and you used a $250 gift card-you have $2 left on the card. Next time you buy something and use another gift card and have $30 left-you can’t use both if these. Next time, you can’t use these together to spend $32-you need to use another gift card and get another balance! It’s crazy!
