Yea, but Saks has a new policy that they will only take 1 gift card per transaction in Saks stores! I can’t believe a store has its such high-end store would do this-such poor customer service! So imagine if you bought something for $248 and you used a $250 gift card-you have $2 left on the card. Next time you buy something and use another gift card and have $30 left-you can’t use both if these. Next time, you can’t use these together to spend $32-you need to use another gift card and get another balance! It’s crazy!
Just to add to the shadiness of saks they also have a F rating with the better business bureau. I will never buy something expensive from them again. Their CS sucks and they are thieves. I returned something, have the tracking, they confirmed they have it yet three months later still no refund. What about asking them to consolidate multiple gift cards into 1 giftcard? I just looked at BBB after your post and saw the rating and read many of the complaints. that is terrible! I had an issue with them as well where I ordered a chanel RTW item on sale but they sent the wrong size. I had to fight with them to be able to return it & get a refund since they said it was final sale (which they never told me) but regardless, they shipped the wrong size & I even had my text exchange with the Sa; it was beyond frustrating!Just to add to the shadiness of saks they also have a F rating with the better business bureau. Same thing is happening to me right now! I returned an $800 coat. They’ve had the return for a month and I still have no refund. Every time I contact them I’ve been told the refund will take up to 14 business days. When I point out it has already been longer than that they ignore it and rephrase. I’m thinking about opening a chargeback at this point because I’m afraid I’ll never get my refund.Just to add to the shadiness of saks they also have a F rating with the better business bureau.
