You can use a Saks gift card anywhere inside saks including leased departments. Only thing is if you are getting it from a leased Chanel you have to be in the Chanel system.

Thank you to everyone who helped me on this Chanel journey! I was super bummed when I couldn't get my first Chanel classic bag at the Saks in NYC using the Saks card given the leasing situation. I ended up waiting for a trip to Europe last year, and I finally bought my beautiful bag in France at the discount that I wanted
Anyway, I just wanted to share my excitement given all of you ladies helped me so much figuring out the Saks situation and @kylienarak for sharing your lovely SA of whom I've kept in contact with for other products

Hello! Would anybody be willing to share a Saks SA contact with me? I'm looking to purchase a classic before the rumored price increases on 5/11! However the boutiques are all closed due to COVID and I saw that some Saks SA's are able to get orders processed and sent out. I have not shopped Chanel at Saks yet and would sooo greatly appreciate if anyone would share their SA's contact info

Saks NYC is leased. There's only very few of them now. PA & Arizona I believe still aren't leased. Not sure which others.

You do still get points on your Saks card for Chanel regardless of leased/not leased status of stores. However, Chanel no longer participates in double/triple points or the major purchase account discount. The points you get depends on your status (elite, silver, platinum).

I’ve just talked to an SA at Saks at the Bala Cynwyd PA location and was told that this location is leased and 10% off is not available. It’s weird because the ladies at The PurseBlog have shared their experience that they were able to get 10% off at this location. Can someone help?
