Hate to say that it’s natural leather imperfection that comes like that. I exchanged 4 times for each different reasons but I had to accept that it is nearly impossible to find “the perfect” leather loulou bag. My brand new small loulou came with lots of natural wrinkles but it doesn’t bother me because all the other things about the bag screams luxury to me. But it’s personal preference I guess. Fatty part of the leather has wrinkles like that (usually the bottom area of the cow) and the upper area of the leather has less wrinkles but could have some imperfections like scars or bug bites which looks like a tiny cuts/scratches sometimes.It looks much better.
