Hey guys, I’m looking for SA recommendations in California-San Francisco is the closest store to me, but I’m open to others in California if they are good SAs. My current SA made me many promises she hasn’t kept, and is not getting back to me. I’ve given my card for bags multiple times, was promised it was mine, then something always happens. I want every size of the classic flap eventually, and haven’t got one yet after being promised the mini and the large five different times.

Wow, that's terribly frustrating! I also had a negative experience with a boutique SA and after giving her so many chances, I finally stopped trying.

Incredibly frustrating. All of the bags I gave my card for were bags I REALLLLLY wanted. It was like a little heartbreak every time. I'm so frustrated, I have yet to receive even one bag from Chanel. Wallets and WOC yes, but every bag something has come up.
I'm sorry you experienced this as well; Someone on here suggested trying SAKS luxury bag department, so I'm going to give that a shot.
