I'm having the same issue in SF - that is why I am open to SA's in other states.
Can't seem to find anyone that will get back to me here, disappointing.
I do have a history shopping at Chanel but regardless they should respond to any client, even if it is a generic response.

If you or anyone else has recommendations, please let me know.

It is disappointing. My SA in SF had helped me in so many purchases. I purchased my first ever Chanel with her like 8-9 yrs ago. Yes she’s been with Chanel SF that long. She finally responded to me but she never really initiates a text like if something comes in that she knows I would like. A few weeks ago I went to the store and she put me on reserve list for the items that I want. She did tell me there’s a very long list. I gave my card and all. A few days after, I was able to purchase the bag I want from another SA. After stalking the thread on current stock, I got hold of an SA who had the item in their store and within a few days, I got the bag that I have been wanting for months. She’s in Chicago though. Anyways, I think I’ve learned just to check the forum on current sighting and immediately contact the poster to ask for SA rather than reach out to any SA. I’ve talked to so many SAs these months and it’s been exhausting. :sad:

I was looking for a bag and was told it’s available in Chicago boutique... but no one called me back from the store... maybe it’s too busy...can someone recommend me an sa please? You can dm me...Thank you

Jenna from chanel boutique in shorthills mall is very nice and always responds on time. However, NYC/NJ stores surprisingly never seem to have the popular items!!! I will IM you her contact.

A fellow poster here referred me to a local SA at the boutique in Neiman Marcus. They responded to me and were a bit curt, and asked for my billing address, email address and CC info. Is this normal? It's going to be my first Chanel purchase and I just got the SA rec off here so just want to be extra careful - thanks!

I am also looking for a SA at the Chicago, Oak Street location! I tried to call but I keep getting connected to the customer service department, not the actual boutique. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thank you everyone!
