A fellow poster here referred me to a local SA at the boutique in Neiman Marcus. They responded to me and were a bit curt, and asked for my billing address, email address and CC info. Is this normal? It's going to be my first Chanel purchase and I just got the SA rec off here so just want to be extra careful - thanks!

Hey guys, I’m looking for SA recommendations in California-San Francisco is the closest store to me, but I’m open to others in California if they are good SAs. My current SA made me many promises she hasn’t kept, and is not getting back to me. I’ve given my card for bags multiple times, was promised it was mine, then something always happens. I want every size of the classic flap eventually, and haven’t got one yet after being promised the mini and the large five different times.
