Two things, I finally made my first Chanel purchase today and I grabbed the SA's business card but I can't find it for the life of me. Would anyone happen to have the work contact for Pedro at Chanel, Neiman Marcus Palo Alto per chance? Could you please DM me? I wanted to send him a thank you text and also KIT.
Although I don't mind a good reference for another boutique cause it seems the NM Chanel here in Palo Alto always seems to have limited stock from bags to SLGs...

I purchased something and it was supposed to arrive yesterday but I can’t get in contact with my original SA! Freaking out….
And i tried calling NM for a contact, they said the boutique is not answering and left a message for a request callback…

Pedro is a nice guy. Although, he forgot to include my receipt in my last purchase.
I have the nicest SA at Chanel South Coast Plaza. She is very laidback, not pushy, and very easy going! PM me and I will recommend!

@Chanel0524 OMG he was super sweet. I def. would love to work with him again if possible. He was not pushy at all with me. So I totally asked for his business card, he gave me one but I feel so terrible cause I either dropped it in NM when walking out but I swore I put it in my bag but I can't find it for the life of me. Do you have his work cell per chance or would you mind DM'ing it to me?
I was hoping to ask him to keep his eyes peeled for any SLGs that come into the store too cause they were fresh out of everything.
Hi, I have number from my SA, and she texted me every new stuff that they got in store, and we heard for holidays and so. Now I want to contact her, but the Whatsapp messages that I send to her, don’t even deliver. Do You ever had case like that? If your SA quitted job do they contact you and give number from colleague? Before I got her card I called customer service and boutique, but for everything they just keep telling me come here and see what we got?! Thank you
