Though I must admit, I find it bizarre that H didn't co-ordinate the rose gold for the entire bag - zippers and stamps. For that price point, I expect perfection! What is this half RG half G business?

I’ve just purchased a Constance to go with RGHW.
Can anyone confirm which B/K colours come with this hardware. I have B30 Etain RGHW and have seen black and craie. Was wondering what other colours. Thanks

Hi everyone, I do not know if I am in the corresponding threat, if not I apologize in advance.
I would like to know if anyone has experience with rose gold hardware in Hermes Birkin bags. I'm interested in buying one but I don't know if the quality of the hardware is good because I've heard some comments about the rose gold hardware fading.

Hello all! Bumping this thread to ask how everyone’s RGHW holding up? Has anyone noticed that the rose gold has turned more rosier? Redder? If thats even the right word I took out my Etain RGHW B25 from its box last night and realized that the hardware is significantly more coppery/red than it was when I first got the bag. The hardware on the feet still is that same soft rose gold though. Is that possibly oxidation? Will it be fixed using a jewelry cloth?

I have the same bag (B25 etain with rghw) and recently noticed the same. Gave it a good clean with Connoisseur gold polishing cloth and it seemed good as new!

I hope that works for you. I had a constance and the rose gold turned and could not be changed. France kept the bag, still waiting for a replacement after 6 months.

it tarnished and paris did not want to replace the hardware.....since it was a verso it cannot be replaced since the bag colors are not available now. I'm really disappointed as i love the bag. I didn't have any choice, paris kept it and that's all she wrote....

So do you get a refund or do they just keep the bag and you’re out the money?

so they kept the bag and gave me a credit. My sa said she would let me know when something came in. That was 5 months ago. I am now going to either ask for a bag or the money back. I think I have been patient but now ..........
