it tarnished and paris did not want to replace the hardware.....since it was a verso it cannot be replaced since the bag colors are not available now. I'm really disappointed as i love the bag. I didn't have any choice, paris kept it and that's all she wrote....
I’m so sorry to hear that. Same thing happened to my friend. She got a Constance 24 from Singapore airport H (in gris mouette with rghw I believe) a few years ago and there was significant tarnishing under the H buckle which she didn’t realise until a week later. She sent it in for repair and H was able to fix it (hers wasn’t verso) but it took some time.
I think B25 is easier to upkeep as the hardware is minimal compared to the Constance. (I have a C18 with rghw and it’s more difficult to clean all the nooks and crannies compared to an easy swipe with my B25)Starting to second guess my choice of RGHW for my SO

Hi Ladies and gents, question with rose gold Mini Kelly!
I met a lovely lady at an event in London. She carried a Mini Kelly in mauve syvestre and the hardware looks like rose gold. Looks exactly like my rose gold Birkin when I first got it! I had a conversation with her, complimented her bag and asked if it was rose gold hardware. She said yes and said that it was rare! Is this true? Rose gold Kelly is around? Or could it be champagne gold hw? TIA

It was permabrass which we’ve seen a couple of on resale sites (Like this one). H has not yet manufactured the Kelly D rings in RG so they just plain don’t exist.
Omg! Yes!! That’s the exact bag. Somehow the permabrass looks rosie with mauve sylvestre.

Hi all! Reporting back to say that the Connoisseurs gold jewelry cloth worked like a charm to remove the oxidation on the hardware and now it is back to that soft rosy color just like it used to be 
Hi rose gold lovers! For those of you that’s had your rghw for some time now, do you regularly clean the hardware to prevent permanent tarnish? Or do you just clean when you notice a slight change? My rghw on my c and cdc definitely looks slightly more yellow now. I will use a cleaning cloth and hopefully that helps.

I have a 30B in RGHW and I just wipe it was a soft cloth when I notice any tarnishing. I think it's the cloth that came in the cleaning kit when I purchased a watch from a different brand. Nothing special. That said I notice more tarnishing on my RGHW CDC, than on any of the bag hardware. So maybe just keep an eye on it.
