I think it's possible. I once heard a customer was asking for a Lindy in a particualr color at the Rome Flagship Store. There wasn't that exact color but they had a Lindy in a similar shade in stock which was shown to the customer. Just in case, the Naples boutique is one hour and ten/twenty minutes away from Rome, which could be another possibility.

I was just there 2 days ago and was shown evelyne mini in gold and two halzans (mini in gold and 31 in etain in clemence). Was looking for a Berline mini (surprise surprise not available as usual... story of my life). The SA was lovely and very helpful. They are currently located at a temporary venue in Venice, so the store is rather small. Unfortunately did not ask to see and jypsieres...
This may not be so helpful because it’s about the Florence store, but I went in there as a first time customer with no prior purchase history ever and was offered to see lindys in basically all sizes and colours and the SA was extremely open. Unfortunately I was after a b/k/c.
Just a little contribution from a friend experience in Rome. She went to the store bought a croc wallet and couple of small accessories ask them to call her if they have something. Next day she gets a call from the boutique offering her all kinds of coveted bags 3 b 2 k and 2 c all different colors even though she is a tourist just for 3 days in the city.

I think the best place is in Rome airport, they have 22% off. I saw Kelly and Constance wallet there, but not black.
