I think the two black Dinkys are going back because this bag is breathtaking. Now I have a dark denim, heather grey, and this black Rogue 25. The only other one I will keep an eye out for is a red one. @Valkrie I know what you mean when you say there is no way you could send yours back. Even though I wear jeans almost all the time I will still use the heck out of this bag.

I think there is a hardware difference between the two besides maybe the lock/key issue. I was going to get the 2nd but at the time, my SA told me I could get a discount on the 1st generation and liked that one better but it would be your preference. I don't have photos of them side by side to compare.
