Another great picture... From my point of view, I agree about the Rogue 25... so adorable, but in the end not quite functional enough for my usage. The middle compartment was just a little difficult to rummage in. Since I almost always carry small cross-bodies, I ended up buying a PS1 pouch (not sure if we are allowed to say that here:whistle:). Of course the leather of that is a completely different thing... it does feel durable, but there's no yummy aroma like the Rogues'.

Now I'm hoping there's another PCE in September, the new Rogues are included, and no more of our household appliances give up the ghost in the mean time (oh, and striking oil would be good also). :smile1:

I agree about the middle compartment being just a bit too small on the 25.
It was painful, but I bit the bullet and paid full price for this red rogue. I loved it that much! Now I've promised myself I won't buy anything else until the fall[emoji56]
Omg this is absolutely beautiful! !

Thank you! It really is!

It can always change since this is Coach we're talking about, but I don't think Rogues will be included on the next PCE. Several of the new bags are shown as sold out on the new arrivals with no discount. Hopefully they will though, since I'll be more than happy to buy the Rogue in all the colors I want!

CS got back with me and there are approximately 140 olive rogues in stock. Does anyone know if that is all there will be or are they planning on producing more? I don't trust that there will be any come September during possible PCE (if it will even be included anyway). Thinking of pulling the trigger and ordering today.

I was told a little over 100 for 36 Rogue python in saddle, and it's shown as sold out on the website already. If olive is what you want, I would jump on the bandwagon quickly, since they probably won't be included on the PCE anyway. Looks like Coach is reducing production on these bags so they won't need to be sent to the outlets.

I agree! I bought the regular size chalk w/black. First edition chalk ones, there were 9 left when I bought it.

Finally made a decision! I'm going to call my favorite SA tomorrow and order the olive rogue. I'm really loving the 2 others I have and just hope I will love the olive when it arrives. My local boutique is really small and they do not carry any rogues so I haven't seen the 2nd generation versions yet. I don't think I have ever paid full price for a coach until now. The entire 1941 line has really sucked me in, this will make bag #6 since March.

Wow - it is love then! It's such a great feeling when you get something so useful and delightful - enjoy!

Thanks for the warning... I know I might miss out if I wait that long, but with my 'lifestyle', it's a size of bag that I would use infrequently, hence I'm on the fence. I'm still following the forum with interest though, and greatly appreciating all the insights!

Yay! I hope you love it, and I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the new version!

Received my new Rogue 36 in Oxblood today. I'm dissapointed the most in the missing lock and key. I have a first generation python to compare it to and there are several differences. This is what I was told by customer service today after noticing my key and lock are gone. Why they would do this to a beautiful bag is beyond my comprehension. Another post suggested coach should charge less for lighter materials and the missing hardware along with posting a "differences" information guide on their website.
I wish I kept the original smaller oxblood even if it came with a few scratches.

Unecesary updates made to the prefall collection
1. Removed key and lock features
2. Changed zipper pulls
3. Thinned trim material
4. Lighter filler used on handles

Those were some of the features that made the bag stand out!

So sorry you don't love the new version. I ordered the new olive today, hope I love it. I have the original version in oxblood and the black python and love everything about them.

I have the 1st generation mineral and the new version in chalk. There are things that make both special. The newer bags are lighter weight but the trims seem nicer to me. (See photo) The zipper in the newer bag is thicker and more stylish, and easier to use and seems more luxe. The mineral bag is heavier, which I don't necessarily like, and I do miss the look of the lock.ImageUploadedByPurseForum1464924486.691535.jpg

I feel the same way. I've purchased six 1941 bags this year from retail. I've never done that before. I've always purchased my bags from the outlets.

I just love the new styles that Stuart V. has introduced.

Enjoy all your lovely new bags. :D

I'm glad I'm not the only one! Before the 1941 collection the majority of my bags and slgs came from the outlet or department store clearance of at least 50% off. I'm loving his new designs and leather so much that I feel they are totally worth a PCE price. I don't want to risk waiting for them to possibly hit the outlet or not and missing out. Now the olive rogue at full price took some careful analyzing before pulling the trigger, but I think it will be worth it.
