Sorry if I'm posting too much, and/or in the wrong thread :shame: Anyway, I received a PCE code after all today (hooray!), and I thought I'd try ordering the Rogue 25, because that extra 5% just tipped me over the edge :laugh:

To get to the point... the cs rep told me no colors of the Rogue 25, style 54536 are eligible for the discount. :panic:

Awaiting further developments with interest... do they just not like me, or is this a thing? :kitty: Is the discount only available on the black Rogue 25 via in-store SA assistance, or not at all, because it was left off the exclusion list by accident?

Darn! I wanted to get the black 25 with the discount! [emoji79] I plan on going to a store this weekend so I will keep you posted if I have any luck there.

Hi! I've been using mine for about two weeks now, and I really love it! I haven't noticed any issues, and the weight hasn't been a problem at all for me...and my bags are ALWAYS heavy, lol! I carry it over the shoulder by the longer straps and try not to use the shorter python handles too much, though I do like them folded outside of the bag where they can be seen. So far, so good! I hope you will love yours, as well! :smile1:

You could try calling a store and ordering the black Rogue 25 as that was the one the SA told me she didn't see on the exclusions list. I was told this morning when I called JAX, trying to order a glovetanned saddle bag that they were excluded, but I was able to order one from a store in Florida for 30% off. I was also told by the rep that no stores in Florida had the color I wanted in stock; however, the store I called had multiples, and I'm getting one that is factory wrapped. It's already shipped.

Oh that's great to hear! Everytime I plan on carrying mine I chicken out. I'm definitely going to use it tomorrow, thanks!

Idk if this will help but the CS rep I talked to on the phone told me all the saddle bags aren't included in any of the discounts going right now. Even tho the SA in the FP store I went to said they were. And even tho the 25% off went through online -.- my guess is if the 25% off (or if you got the 30% off invite) is working for you online (as in you get to the page where you have to click 'place order' and you can still see the discount) then you should be able to get the same deal in the store. Your best bet may be ordering it online! I wouldn't bother dealing with the CS reps on the phone tbh. They were of zero help to me regarding this. Good luck!

Thanks for the tips... the bag I am trying to (re)order is the black Rogue 25 (the smaller, lighter version of the Rogue), which isn't on the website yet, so I am making life extra difficult for myself.

By the way do you know when the bags are supposed to go online and if they're selling them at FP stores yet? The 25 sounds like the perfect size!
