I received it that way! I received a response from another customer service personnel yesterday saying they are still waiting for the repair department to give them a solution to get back to me! The grace period to return it will be over by the time they get back to me with an actual answer! I'd hate to return it because it's such a lovely color! Thought they may offer some form of discounts or something. What color did you purchase?

Just wondering what happen at the end? Did u kept it? I bought mine flamingo rockie from farfetch and it had the same issue as yours. Because it was on sale and I love the colour so much, I end up just keeping it. I think it must got something to do with the colour dye, maybe it's not dyed evenly.

They never got back to me! I ended up keeping it because I love the color so much! And it was on sale too! Another purseforum member here bought a flamingo Rocco from a seller in ebay with the same stain problem. I guess the flamingo batch has this issue. Good thing it's not very noticeable!

And luckily I went to the Rack to look for a necklace I saw online and wander past handbags and found a Rockie for $269.97! They also had a white Rocco for $299.97 that I didn't get. I posted the pics in the Deals thread.
Any advice about iridescent leather? I'm worried about rub off. Should I treat it with Apple Guard?

Thank you! I got lucky! If it was a lighter color I probably wouldn't have got it because I would get t dirty lol

Hello ladies! I wanted to say with you all my Rockie. Enjoy!

It's black with rose gold. I've had it since November last year and it's still it great shape. I don't baby it and it has no scratches on the rose gold.
