I just received my Rockie, bought a flamingo pink from The Outnet but found that there are like purplish stains on parts of the bag..what may have caused this? How to remove it? Should I keep it or return it? I've emailed them about this and awaiting reply!

can you please show us the bag? I hope they will replace it for you and please give me more info about outnet response on this matter, I hope they have a good customer service.

I have yet to receive a follow-up response. Email was sent 3days ago and just sent an email again today requesting an update! I doubt they can exchange since it's sold out! I no longer see it on the web.

Omg!!! I hope atleast they will take it back and return your money...Did you used it yet or you recieve it that way? Im curious coz I ordered from them and just waiting for it and I hope all is good when it arrives.

I received it that way! I received a response from another customer service personnel yesterday saying they are still waiting for the repair department to give them a solution to get back to me! The grace period to return it will be over by the time they get back to me with an actual answer! I'd hate to return it because it's such a lovely color! Thought they may offer some form of discounts or something. What color did you purchase?

I received it that way! I received a response from another customer service personnel yesterday saying they are still waiting for the repair department to give them a solution to get back to me! Im thinking of buying a rockie instead of rocco since i hv small frame. I wanted to buy it online cuz we dont have alexander wang here but the thing is im petite only 155cm will the strap be too long for me? can we adjust the strap?

Hello haw1989 I got my Rockie a month ago fot the same reason I'm very short/petite and YES the strap is adjustable, this bag is perfect for me I hope this help you decide

I just got my Rockie a month ish ago..I'm short but more on the curvier side..I've tried both Rocco and Rockie in the shop and I must say for our height, definitely the Rockie! Rocco feels clumsy! Strap is adjustable but should sit nice at the hip! Hope this helped

I saw most people here carrying rocco than rockie. And it looks huge! It looks like a carry hand luggage bag. definetely not for my frame. hehe hopefully it will seat just nice like my balenciaga city strap exactly where i want it. if possible can u share some photos of you with the bag? Would love to see it hehe

I will snap a picture when I get a chance I browse my most recent picture with Rockie and I guess I like it better in my hand or crook of my arms since all the photo was like that.. BTW there is a tread that shows photo with their bag,Rockie and Rocco maybe that will help you as well

My Rockie is here, super duper happy!!!

So my first thought was, it's so small! My puppy wouldn't go away from the camera so might as well took photo together as a comparison haha, he's only 4 months and the bag looks tiny!

After using it though, I am very pleased. I'm only 155cm and one of the reason why I sold my Rocco was because it looks a bit too big for me, it really does look like a gym duffel bag on me. This is perfect! The zipper is a bit fussy so I never really zip it up, but the flap will still close down.

Just for reference, here's how it looks on a 155cm figure. Pls pardon my sweats, I was way too excited

It is also less heavy than Rocco!! Though I can really feel the pain on my shoulder after I used rocco for couple of days in row, so I'll report back after I took this baby out for the weekend

And the Grey in ssense looks fab!

Hi finally found someone with my height to compare rockie with me! It looks a little bit too long for my liking. Is this the maxiumum length it could go?

Does anyone know the official name for this colourway? I'm assuming it's not just 'grey and black'
