This I totally agree.. there are few times I would reach out to SAs that I never dealt with before. First thing I do is introduce myself n who referred me to contact them. I also know when I reach out I am 100% committed to buy. One time I was a bit paranoid paying thru the phone n text because the cell phone number area code does not match up to the SA location So the SA send me the payment link which I paid immediately because it has the logo and ID of chanel.

This season is one of my favorite seasons since I love spring/summer colors, hoping they allow me to purchase 2 CFs for this month since I haven’t bought anything since 21A. :hrmm: Fingers crossed!

Oh…I completely understand. I think they should just make it 3 every 6 months or 6/year and just enforce the limit that way instead of monthly.

Its easy to skip a collection and then fall for multiple items in another…but then again Chanel and logic don’t always mix!

There should be a way to limit reselling without impacting dedicated customers. I hope you get yours!

I was trying to use that same logic on my SAs like ohhhhh I didn’t buy any bags in December or January, can’t I get two bags this month and they were all like nice try :sad:

@hedgwin99 Thank you for saying this! I’ve been wanting to say all this but never got a chance to say… You are completely right! It’s my discretion to respond. Sometimes I receive too many messages I may have missed some or sometimes it’s not available so I didn’t get back. BUT the main reasons that I’ve been ignoring some people here are: no courtesy and rude when they come to me to ask for info or SA contact. As you all know, everybody is busy and have their own life too but I devote about 70-80% of my time on this forum just to help people out as a courtesy. So in return, I expect people to come to me with courteous bcuz I’m not your SA or your slave so don’t treat me like one! To me it’s a common courtesy when you ask for help. I’m more than happy and willing to go extra miles to help courteous and respectful people!

Another reason I ignored people are the new members who just created an account to stalk the stock thread to ask for SA contact. A few of my SA’s told me that many people I referred to them from this forum are resellers so don’t send people to them anymore… so I’m even more hesitant to give out my SA contact.

Lastly, sometimes people pm me for SA contact by just saying something like they want SA contact for the wallet I posted without telling me which wallet, color, pic and link to my post. Only God knows what they are looking for and I had been responding back to so many to ask for details and such but I’m getting tired and I really don’t have time to message back and forth to ask for more details. SO if one comes to me without enough details AND pics AND link to my post I’ll not respond.

I really understand you. You must get so many messages and if people are not even saying Please and Thank You, I would be annoyed too.

I currently have a deposit down for a personal shopper but it isn’t a guarantee unfortunately. I was able to find the heart bag through the forums though!
