I know this is off topic here but I just wanted to respond to your post and put this out there for all once and move on.

@hedgwin99 Thank you for saying this! I’ve been wanting to say all this but never got a chance to say… You are completely right! It’s my discretion to respond. Sometimes I receive too many messages I may have missed some or sometimes it’s not available so I didn’t get back. BUT the main reasons that I’ve been ignoring some people here are: no courtesy and rude when they come to me to ask for info or SA contact. As you all know, everybody is busy and have their own life too but I devote about 70-80% of my time on this forum just to help people out as a courtesy. So in return, I expect people to come to me with courteous bcuz I’m not your SA or your slave so don’t treat me like one! To me it’s a common courtesy when you ask for help. I’m more than happy and willing to go extra miles to help courteous and respectful people!

Another reason I ignored people are the new members who just created an account to stalk the stock thread to ask for SA contact. A few of my SA’s told me that many people I referred to them from this forum are resellers so don’t send people to them anymore… so I’m even more hesitant to give out my SA contact.

Lastly, sometimes people pm me for SA contact by just saying something like they want SA contact for the wallet I posted without telling me which wallet, color, pic and link to my post. Only God knows what they are looking for and I had been responding back to so many to ask for details and such but I’m getting tired and I really don’t have time to message back and forth to ask for more details. SO if one comes to me without enough details AND pics AND link to my post I’ll not respond.

THANK YOU!
Seconding (thirding) the Nat positivity!!

THANK YOU!
I used to post minimally in the forum for my SA and I can attest that it is hard work and very time consuming! We all thank you, @nat74 .... just one message to someone with information can take 30+ minutes and it is unacceptable for anyone to treat anyone disrespectfully here when this forum is supposed to be about community and information giving/gathering and helping each other out. I am very glad you said something!

I think we are a bit off topic here. I also want to point out it is Nat discretion to respond or not. I think it’s a hit or miss depending on the day n amount of messages she receives
I tend to give people the benefit of doubt if they don’t reply usually they are busy with their lives/jobs or too many of the same requests so didn’t bother to reply to all

back to topic.. I do want to say I can’t believe once again reseller got their hands on all the covted items before regular clients again! I can’t even get a SA to reply to my texts. Everytime the standard response has been silence or contact me in a few weeks
I completely agree!! What she's doing is a service. She's also busy, has her own life, and does not want to unintentionally help resellers, which I really appreciate!!!!

I did not mean to be critical at all. I was commenting more on scummy re-sellers, who ruin opportunities to connect with amazing people like @nat74 for the rest of us! it's a sad situation to me. but nat, we appreciate your love for chanel and thank you for making this community a fun one!

You don’t have to explain yourself to any of us. You patiently helped a million times many of us. It’s not your job to babysit adults here. Everything you said above makes total sense.

Another appreciation post for Nat! Thank you so much for always helping all of us as much as you can and taking the time out of your day to post constant updates of what’s in stock at stores! I only have one Chanel location in my entire state and every time I do go there, there is absolutely nothing.

You are amazing and your love for the brand is uncanny! Thank you for everything ♥️

Not only is she kind enough to give her time to help us find what we are looking for but also to share her many contacts. Keep in mind she has to maintain relationships with her SA's, she cannot have people taking advantage, such as resellers. This puts her contacts in bad position and not wanting to share if she ends up recommending them to people like that.

@nat74 is our superstar. Nothing but appreciation for all you do for us on the forum.

100% Agree. The reason she has these pics and intel on stock is because of the time she has spent developing these connections and relationships with SA's. She has helped me secure many items and I am so grateful for her help. THANK YOU, NAT!

I have come to the conclusion that this much stock have to be counterfeit. There's no way that resellers can get this much recently launched merchandise this quick. And there's delays with the shipments of the merchandise to boutiques and retail stores. View attachment 5354885View attachment 5354886

I would guess this lot is the fruits of Labour from a centralised reseller network who pays cash to ‘helpers’ buying on their behalf. It makes you wonder where the funds to purchase all this comes from, especially if it’s cash payments too

Reselling / grey market with money laundering seem to be going hand in hand at the moment particularly in the UK across all in demand brands.

When you see the huge queues outside the boutiques on collection launch days you have to ask yourself, are they all genuine clients? I would never queue outside a boutique like that, not even for sale! The hot item wish lists mean it is now in the best interest of resellers to befriend and charm SA’s like never before.

How can an SA distinguish between a reseller and a genuine client who would also be searching for these hot items? It is impossible to control from the staff perspective When you have a huge queue of ‘clients’ waiting for new collections, how do you say you can not have this you are a reseller?

I think just must gone under at least 5-6 different people profiles. It’s ridiculous at this point

I would agree. Have you seen the amount of recently new IG accounts with resellers, hosting lives? Its crazy. Also, the morning of 22S launch last week the SF free standing store had about 10-12 men in line. I am not trying to stereotype and say men aren't allowed to purchase, but what are the odds? I have been shopping at that store for over 20 years and have never seen so many men, alone, in line. So, clearly, reselling is much bigger than what we know.
