Yes. All past seasons' scarves older than 2 years from the date of release have to be returned to Paris. :cry:

Hopefully the scarf you want gets reissued in new colourways.

Hi MrsS, sorry to contradict you but I think it might depend on the store. I have heard that the stores usually keep the scarves and have seen scarves at stores that are definitely older than 2 years.

i have an older hermes scarf and i am trying to figure out if its real or a fake. its titled i'le deserte and you can see a picture of it here (this is not mine but just an example)

^^^Could you post pics of your scarf? It would help to see closeups of the hem and tag and the Hermes-Paris and title of the scarf.
