After reading some of the posts on RK's FB page, you aren't the only one who's had to do that.

Wonder how it'll affect their handling the rest of the orders. If anyone's even there to handle them.

It's just so strange. Someone has to be manning the ship. The just reduced to 90% granted there isn't much left but clearly there is activity there if they changed the markdown. And they aren't shipping items or issuing refunds. Very strange.

So sorry to hear about the last days' problems at RK, I do hope that with enough patience they will resolve all claims and orders in a satisfactory manner one way or another.

It could have been set up previously and was automatically sent. That being said, they may just be down to a skeleton crew and have been bum-rushed with orders so it may take a while. I'm sure everyone will get their items, I think it's just going slow right now.

On another note, the only stuff left is 3 pairs of shoes and clothing...

Now we can't evev tell if our RK orders are actually "Processing". The site is closed up. No one answers or returns phone calls and emails are ignored. Good thing I used American Express, however, I would rather have the items I ordered.

After reading about all the problems with the latest orders, I was a bit hesitant to order more once the discount reached 90%. But, since I was lucky enough to receive the bag I ordered the previous weekend, I did took the chance and ordered a couple tops I really wanted and were still available in my size. I am crossing my fingers and waiting for a shipping confirmation mail either from RK or UPS.

Has anyone else receive their orders/shipping mail from the previous weekend and/or last couple days? I hope most of the orders are fulfilled even if it takes a little longer. As it was mentioned before it is even harder to contact RK now. Best of luck to all :heart:
